I had a better review for you guys, but you guys messed it all up. I updated all my information and you guys still manage to mess it up now I have to wait two more weeks in order to get what I need at this point I don't even want it anymore.
I have been a customer for over a year now and I was waiting for the iPhone that I purchased, they took the money out of my account and I was supposed to receive my item yesterday called UPSA and its a claim out because the box was empty and they told me that I would have to reach out to the shipper directly I have been sending damn messages to them since last night and no response yet I'm very livid
On August 4th, 2020 I ordered a laptop from Perpay. I received it on Aug 11th and it was defective.It took them 9 days to send me a return label via email. I returned the laptop UPS as the label indicated on Aug20th. At that time I was told by Kevin at Perpay to place the order again and tell him when I was finished, which I did. My order is still in the waiting to ship status but I received a message from Gavin at Perpay telling me an order was shipped to me by mistake, which I have never received. The customer service response times have been aweful. The last response from Gavin came almost 24 hours after I messaged (the only contact method) and is supposed to be within a few hours. I just want to talk to a human, on the phone to get this straight! VERY DISSAPOINTED!
I want to thank PerPay for the great customer service and for fulfilling my XBOX Series X order. So many people are complaining about the 6 to 8 week fulfillment time, but even box stores like WalMart and Best Buy are having a hard time keeping the XBOX in stock! You can't be mad at PerPay when there is a supply issue nation-wide. That's not a PerPay issue, that's a Microsoft and Sony issue.
I took the gamble and bought the XBOX, I knew it was going to be a wait. I am SO glad I did. I placed my order at the end of November. I got an email about a week later that said there was a possible delay in the fulfillment for this issue, and I could either wait for it to be a fulfilled or get a refund. I chose to wait. Two weeks later I got an email that said the item was now in stock and was going to be shipped within two weeks. I was SO excited when UPS dropped of the XBOX yesterday, December 22nd! In time for Christmas!
Any time I have had questions about my orders, or anything, I've emailed customer service and they have responded pretty quickly (usually within a day, sometimes as quick as 20 minutes). They were always super helpful, very kind, and provided great customer service.
I think a lot of the people who are complaining are just not looking at the whole picture and things that are outside of PerPay's control. My experience has been wonderful, and I would recommend PerPay to anyone considering it.
Tip for consumers:
If you place an order for a game system, be patient! Even if a couple payments come out before it gets there, the supply issue of PS5 and XBOX Series X right now is not with PerPay. They will fulfill your order when they get the console's in stock, and it is TOTALLY worth the wait!

My fiancé got a drier from them 3MONTHS AGO AND WE HAVE YET TO SEE IT. We have been making payments on a drier we might not ever get. They are saying that we only paid 112$ When we have screenshots of all the money we paid them. DO NOT GET THIS APP THEY WILL SCAM YOU
I thought maybe this was going to be a legitimate company but It hasn't been that way so far. I odered tires for my truck. Tires came in fine just wouldn't fit my truck. It is a nightmare for customer service. Only texting and sporadic responses. When I oredered the tires there was no size conformation in the shopping cart to confirm they had the correct size at checkout. I really didn't think much about it, just thought the the hox highlighted was what would ship. I was wrong. My truck has a small lift and takes a little larger than the standard, however what I received was a tire for a very small truck. Did I say that there wasn't a size listed in the cart or at checkout? I needed 285/70/17 and received 215/65/16. Lots of difference. Now Ive been messaging back and forth with someone for a couple of weeks now without much help. Received a message today with return labels and no promise of a replacement. They also said that I will be charged a $10 fee for processing plus 5% restocking fee and shipping. Don't do business with these folks. No customer service.

Beginning of November I started my purchase with perpay. December I was told it wouldn't be here until after Christmas because of my payroll company. Ok no big deal. Well by middle January still hadn't received anything. Customer service is APPALLING! There's no one to talk to, no one to chat with. All you can do is send a message and they say they will be back in one day. Well it's now been five days! Anyway, finally get one item out of the two and it's an incorrect item! When I tell them it's the wrong item I was told that I was wrong. Well it was a wallet I had received instead of a purse! Huge difference! The gaming chair got lost in transit! Chair no longer available, pick a new one. Picked a new one. Got it last week after threatening a lawsuit because by this time they are stealing my money! Because you best be sure that they are still taking my money even though I have one incorrect product and not the other one! They have had the audacity to tell me to send back the wallet and a shipping label but not have sent me the correct product yet! I started this process is november! Next week is March! No one has reached out to me in weeks about the purse! I am absolutely disgusted! One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. I received a message last night saying my packages was just relieved on February 17! It's now Feby 22! And yes...I do have all the emails, and messages to prove it! I want an phone call to resolve this issues!

I use Perpay for everything I bought so much from the microwave a ps5 a Xbox series x I bought 2 tvs also a bed and planning more purchases. With that said let me get to the review your very first item takes a while to ship but after that everything else ships right away I'm talking 2 to 3 days after the first payment. I've not gotten anything that was broke messed up or anything also my credit score has raised while using Perpay the even offer discounts and ways to add money to the next purchase which is always nice. The only thing I don't like is that it takes so long to get in touch with anyone but other then that I'm happy with it they take the money out of your paycheck so you done have to worry about missing a payment I'm truly happy with using them if I can't afford to buy something out right I always check Perpay first it's just so much better then having to search and save up money when I can buy it from them instead and use the items that I need while I pay them off I'm a lifetime customer thank you perpay

I been with perpay for about 4-5 months and it's been a good experience. Alot of their products say 2-3 business after the first payment then they ship it and for the most part they usually ship my stuff the same day they get the first payment which is always nice lol. My most recent purchase I took a shot and ordered a series X and I seen alot of people give this company a negative review of the how it takes 6-8 weeks just to get a series X and Ps5. That was essentially my expectations to wait 6-8 weeks. I believe perpay supplier is bestbuy and when they series X or ps5 available then that's when perpay buys them and ships it to us that explains the 6-8 week window. Well I paid them last Friday and I got one today, so it took like 6 days to finally get to my hands. I was expecting it but I was really happy. The only complaint I have with this company is the customer service is horrible probably the worst tbh. One time I had to wait almost 4 days just to get a response back. But overall this company is s good company if you want to get something ypu want from their site but also built credit!

Be patient on the next gen consoles. Their supplier is bestbuy and when they have one in stock perpay will grab one for you.

How in the world does a business not have a working phone number? Email only, which by the way they will take ALL DAY to respond. They never fully answer or resolve anything. I ordered a handbag which was past the 3-5 days for shipping so i asked for it to be cancelled NO JOKE, I literally had to email about 20 times for them to cancel the order. I have ordered several things….no issue then all of a sudden I have had issues getting my most recent order. Same crap, blaming the distribution company for shipping issues. It's always "we will reach out to our distributor and get back to you WHICH NEVER HAPPENS. No updates Unless you email THEM a million times I decided to give them another chance, placed another order that was supposed to ship in 3-5 days … guess what it's past the shipping time yet again. WHERE IS MY ORDER PERPAY? At this point you all have a few days to get my order out because I will be taking legal action. You have received two direct deposits from me and STILL HAVE NOT shipped my purchase. Can't you see all these NEGATIVE reviews? You all should be ashamed of your terrible customer service. Do better.

Although it may seem like a convenient way get a new product without having to pay upfront for it, stay clear. Not only do you have to wait until Payday for them to ship it out when the payment is deposited directly into one of their accounts, if you decide to cancel due to the long wait, they'll still get some money out of you. I needed a new monitor and so I decided to browse Perpay. I chose one, but when I found out they'd be waiting until my next payday to verify the money, and an actual down payment to get it shipped via debit card was not possible, I decided to cancel the order within the hour. Now, the thing with setting up multiple accounts for your paycheck to be deposited in, is that they won't show up on your employee portal immediately. In fact, you may end up waiting a pay cycle or two. Well, the day before that payment was due, I had an itch, and went on to my employee portal and tried removing that account, only to find out they had already begun processing it and I couldn't remove it. Was kind of upset. I said to myself, "oh well, at least they have my direct deposit information and can just reorder that monitor and have them ship it out. WRONG. I spent 4 days waiting for Customer Service to respond to me, only to say that the $43 was used towards the monitor, but they would still need to wait until my next payday to get this order shipped, even though the $43 was non-refundable and put towards the item regardless. Sad part is, is their bank info is still on my payroll. I'll pay this off and never use them again. Also, their prices are generally double anywhere else if simply decided to purchase the item outright.

By the time the item will get to you, you would have enough money saved most likely to simply buy the product you want outright, and still get it cheaper.

Do not use this company. They do not have a Phone number you can call. I used them for two years. Never had a problem until this year. Got to my last payment on my Marketplace account and stopped my Direct Debit from my payroll check so I could pay of the last $113.00 by Debit Card. The suspended my Credit Card account becuase I stopped my Direct Debit from my payroll just so I could use my Bank Card to pay off the remaining Balance.
I then had to set up my Direct Debit from my payroll for one time just to pay off my balance.
No they suspended my Credit Card Account again stating I missed a payroll payment. What payroll payment? My Marketplace Account is $0.00 so what payment did I missed?
Now they are trying to say that now I have to make payments through my payroll once again to make payments to my Credit Card. Im Closing my account. Never do business with a company who does not have a phone number that you can call and speak to a live person. If you chat with them, it takes 2-5 days for a response. DO NOT USE THEM! IF I COULD GIVE A RATING OF -10, I WOULD!
