I had a better review for you guys, but you guys messed it all up. I updated all my information and you guys still manage to mess it up now I have to wait two more weeks in order to get what I need at this point I don't even want it anymore.
I set up direct deposit for the 10 payments of exactly what was asked and yet they take the money every payday after 10 payments I am somehow still in dept $200. How? When my check stubs show that the exact amount is being deposited not a penny less. And now they are reporting me to the credit bureau that I am not making payments? Thieves a bunch of lying thieves
I first ordered from them at Christmas time because funds were tight. It was a very simple and quick process. After I made my first payment which is paid by my paycheck so I never miss a payment. They shipped out all my items. I got them pretty quickly. After making about 3 months of payments on time I was offered a credit card for $500. It is also paid by my check. Super convenient and easy. I have also been growing my credit score. I love them and would refer anyone looking for help on a big ticket item to them.
The customer service reps were very polite it just took weeks to resolve my issue. It took me over a month to get my credit card.
I was scared but they said they could help when I needed it. No scams just help.

Honestly I was a little nervous but it's been great. Ordered our xbox as a mutual Christmas present for my husband and myself. Got it even faster than I thought brand new. Ive had all great experiences except when i changed my address and they still sent my things to the weong address is still charging me for it, i cant get in touch with anyone i filled out a form weeks ago heard absolutely nothing back but my uggs are just gone.
Horrible first of all i cant intouch with anyone and when i put in a form about my missing product because i clearly had canceled this order because i was in the middle of moving they still sent it to my old address now i have no clue where my uggs are and cant get in contact with anyone.

Prepay is the best buy now pay later company out there! It's easy, and quick. Top of the line products at decent prices. They even help build your credit as long as you pay as agreed. If you have any apprehension about using them, just try it and I promise you won't regret it! Perfect for Christmas shopping!

Perpay is a great app for building credit. I started using it last summer & my credit has gone up almost 100 points since then. The products are great quality & everything arrives within a reasonable time. Would definitely recommend to those starting their credit journey.
My wife and I found them very convient until COVID hit and we had to file bankruptcy. I did not want this company included because until that point there had been a slight glitch nothing major. We had the case dismissed and went right back to paying and when my wife went to order they had the order pending with no communication at all. When a reply was finally given we were told that our limit was dropped so we could not order anything. I said that was fine and 2 could play that game. I dropped the payment coming out of my check to $1 and that is all they will ever get. Be very careful when doing business with these we people

I have had issues with my card being declined multiple times and when I called customer service, they were no help whatsoever. I only had help from one person and Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the outcome. I am still unable to use my card for certain purchases that I should be able to use it for.

The second time ordering and Fedex delivered my item to wrong address. I'm still paying on so that was upsetting on 6/2/2024.

Very Happy with my purchase, just finished payments and got an email stating it boosted my credit which in fact it did. Easy payments don't even notice it coming out of my pay check. Great selection of product also.

I'm so upset I was a faithful perpay user for awhile never any issues until I recived fulty equipment and had issues with multiple orders not being sent and still having to pay on them I now have over $1000 going against me on my credit because I can't return an item now? That came destroyed. Absolutely terrible customer service
Nothing came out of contacting customer service and when they finally did get back with me about the return form not working it was my fault for not submitting in a timely manor but yet I couldn't submit anything if it wouldn't let me which I voiced

Everything on perpay is of great help id just prefer to be able to track my packages more easily. Any of my packages I have never been able to tell when they were being delivered, because of getting no notifications (emails, messages, app notifications, etc.) or even a proper tracking number. My first package I had no clue was even being delivered and missed the delivery guy multiple times. This is the only issue I've had with this app other than that the app is great :).

I recently ordered a few items for a gift for Mother's Day, and those items was delayed till after Mother's Day, and when I received the items I didn't receive everything that I ordered. Still waiting on a response on what's going on with my recent order.

At first I enjoyed Perpay but now it became a nightmare due to I used a shipping address for one of my orders associated with a person that I guess has a past due balance with Perpay they tell me I can't order until they bring account current. My shipping address is totally different I only used their address once. I was not aware of this persons account status with Perpay so it makes no sense. How am I being penalized for someone's bad financial decisions?
Customer service is good. But I don’t feel they went above and beyond to resolve my issues. And it would take days for them respond back.
At first I chose Perpay for the benefit of being able to order stuff thru payments instead of having to pay all at once.

Per pay makes things easy when money is tight. My son wanted an Xbox for Christmas and with 4 children I thought it was impossible but with per pay they all got exactly what they wanted and it was actually affordable

When I received my card, it came at the perfect time because I was in the process of moving and had used all of my funds. Then I remembered I had the card and used it for groceries and other items I needed in my new home.

I had an issue with some fraudulent charges so I called talk to an agent. They were super kind, courteous and took care of the issue and I had my new perpay credit card before I knew it
I seen the advertisements and I took a look at it and I was like this is absolutely great. I can build my credit while getting the things I need and don't have to worry about having the money up front because with perpay it comes right out of your paycheck
It's a great way to buy things and pay over time through your job. I have done a lot of my Christmas shopping on Perpay. What I like is that they have the newest gadgets and fashion trends. They do up the price a little, but for the most part it's worth it especially if you have a credit card through them. Even if you don't have a balance and pay on it your balance will keep going up.
