So far I am super stoked I found this app! I know the interest rate is waaaay high (seems excessively high) but I am able to buy some items for my grandkids for Christmas that otherwise I could not. I like how the payment plan is my choice and that it's reported to the 3 credit bureaus to help build my credit back up after a disastrous and financially breaking divorce. Thank you PERPAY!
Been with Perpay for several years now. The Marketplace has grown. More merchandise, nothing but the best. My next buy is a Dyson cordless vacuum. My last Dyson purple lasted over 20 years.
Prepay came into my life at a time when I couldn't get approved for anything. It's allowed me to purchase gifts for family that I never would have been able to afford. While it's a little pricy, I love it. The best part about it is I never miss the money. Things are paid off before I know it. The increases come regularly. It's great. Now I just need for them to give me a credit card.

I have been in contact with support for 3 weeks My factory warranty expired because getting help took too long. On the 4th week they asked for copy of the screen and then said it was not covered. I did not do anything to the laptop. This just happened.
I keep receiving emails that my account is past due for 6 or more days in a row, when I get direct deposit on the account twice a month! It's annoying to keep getting them.
I highly recommend this app, especially for big ticket items and Christmas gifts. The payment plans are very reasonable and the selection keeps getting bigger and more brands seem to be added every day. It's really great!
Franklin provided excellent customer service to me as we worked out what options I had regarding my order that included an out-of-stock item. Franklin explained the options available to me very clearly and gave me the time to decide, which ended up taking all day because it was a crazy day at work. Very much appreciated the consideration and patience. Great service - Franklin should get a raise!; P
Per pay is excellent at providing products per payments and make it very easy per pay helps build your credit by offering the credit card that is available as well which is awesome. I have purchased many items through prepay and all of them were exceptional delivery customer service. Great job guys keep it up.
I love PerPay I can buy something on credit like Sears or Montgomery Wards but the money comes straight out of my account I don't even see it so I don't miss any payments. Perpay is Great!

I have had a good experience as far as finding the product and the product coming to my home. But I have had a bad experience with giving payroll information to Perpay. I am trying when I do give them the information, that information is not saved for the next purchase.

Perpay always has a great selection of items for all walks of life and they continue to add more all of the time. Customer service is good, but could be better. The user interface for the app and web browser is super easy to use and high credit limit to start is awesome you can literally buy anything from their store/site. Shipping is usually pretty fast too I never have to wait too long for items.
I got Christmas presents for my family paid for it each pay period and it was no stress Christmas shopping everything delivered to my door very stress free
I truly appreciate what PerPay offers the features the recent add-ons with the credit reporting and the credit limit was much higher than I expected and the only thing I would change would be simply linking a debit card and bank account instead of having the direct deposit model
I love the flexibility of purchasing items through the marketplace, but what is really missing is the option to purchase more pc components. The current selectio. Is really lacking.
