I have had a good experience as far as finding the product and the product coming to my home. But I have had a bad experience with giving payroll information to Perpay. I am trying when I do give them the information, that information is not saved for the next purchase.

Perpay always has a great selection of items for all walks of life and they continue to add more all of the time. Customer service is good, but could be better. The user interface for the app and web browser is super easy to use and high credit limit to start is awesome you can literally buy anything from their store/site. Shipping is usually pretty fast too I never have to wait too long for items.
I got Christmas presents for my family paid for it each pay period and it was no stress Christmas shopping everything delivered to my door very stress free
I truly appreciate what PerPay offers the features the recent add-ons with the credit reporting and the credit limit was much higher than I expected and the only thing I would change would be simply linking a debit card and bank account instead of having the direct deposit model
I love the flexibility of purchasing items through the marketplace, but what is really missing is the option to purchase more pc components. The current selectio. Is really lacking.
Makes it easy to get high end items and make payments over time get items you can't afford to go out and buy with payments out of your paycheck and not even miss the money

Was getting nowhere with the Auto questions and answers that were automatically from standard question so I went to a chat and they explained to me everything in detail how a whole process work which was very appreciated. I also helped me set up my direct deposit manually, which is what I was eating to do considering my company doesn't allow that so they're awesome. Great customer support And thank you.
I had a problem with my direct deposit not working and my company didn't let me do it automatically so I had to manually do everything and the customer support team on prepaid was so helpful that they even sent me a form and everything I needed to have the process Move forward, even faster and by them helping me I was able to do it within a couple hours and that's awesome considering a lot of people don't get back to you and emails within 24 hours so I greatly appreciate them and they'll have my business from now on

They are good, but I've been making on-time payments for the last six months and I've gotten one credit increase. I think they should review potential credit increases more often instead of giving you more spending limit on marketplace.
I do love per pay and also like how it can help build your credit. Only negative is I wish they had stores to shop from like figs for nurses and more options for shoes for people who work. This would probably bring in more money for the site as well. Otherwise I enjoy using it
