Personalized Witch

My 11 y.o. Son used his own money to purchase a sweater for me on Xmas. Ordered it a month BEFORE Xmas, received a month late AFTER Xmas. When I received it the sweater was cheaply printed and the sweatshirt literally did not stretch. Needless to say, I had to return since that didn't fit. Customer service lied that their warehouse was in another country and it would take a lot to ship. So they tried to negotiate $15 for a $40 sweatshirt! After I pointed out they listed their warehouse was located in L.A. Area (on their own website), they refused any more communication! Completely unacceptable!

The shirts I ordered are absolutely horrible. Poor quality, no brand label and the stitching looks like it was made by an unprofessional. Would never order this garbage again. Definitely would not recommend and the product comes from China so you have no chance of a full refund if anything. Can't believe companies are able to sell this trash, which is where it will end up!

I received two of five items in the wrong size. They have no phone # and they did not respond to the 3 emails about returns. Also, not impressed with quality of the shirts. I will admit I had a couple of drinks when I ordered. Normally, I would make sure I was dealing with a reputable online company before spending more than a few bucks. Still, they suck and you should not give them your $.

Ordered 6 Dec with expected arrival by mid December (stated on THEIR site). Shipped from China. Held up in multiple locations. Finally received 4 Jan. Havent even opened ro see quality and not expecting much based on other reviews. Refund request not honored. Shady AF.

I had given a bad review because, I never received this poster when I was told it was shipped, a month ago. Company never got back to me, tracking # was wrong. Phone # constantly busy…Still won't deal with them again, but did receive poster after all this time.

Tried to get expedited delivery for Christmas. Paid extra. Arrived with huge delay. Don't refund money

Ordered a personal tervis cup a week befor Mother's Day, it is May 15th and I still haven't received it, 20 days after order? Company shows in USA, but product is being shipped from China. I have contacted the company 3x and there only response is the item was shipped, company is sketchy and fraudulent, buyer Beware! I would not recommend any purchase from this company.

First part of December I purchased what was advertised as an "Ugly Sweater". After I waited over a month for the product, what arrived was a cheap $5.00 t-shirt that appeared to have a sweater painted on it! When it arrived in January, I immediately notified the company of my dissatisfaction and requested a refund. What I got was a statement that "this was one of their best sellers and they were sorry that I wasn't happy with my purchase", but they would not be refunding me. After many, many, many emails and requests for refund, I finally contacted PayPal directly. The end result is far from satisfying, I was told the company requested that I return the item to them in order to receive a refund. The item was apparently shipped from China which was another misrepresentation. When I purchased the item it appear to be coming from the Midwest of the US. I shipped the item back to China at the cost of $26. After paying $43 for the five dollar T-shirt my refund will be about $17, not a bad profit for the company. Beware! This company is profiting by false advertisement! I have also filed a report with the BBB! By the way, I am still waiting for my refund with no communication thus far from the company. This item was advertised as a sweater, and it was a five dollar painted T-shirt. Do Not Purchase From this Company Unless You Want To be Ripped Off!

Purchased Christmas sweater December 5th for party on the 22nd. Contact with company is like talking to a brick wall. They send you via email the same message over and over again. Tracking info is B.S.
Today is the 30th of December. Still no product. No communication whatsoever. Good luck getting in contact with this company and even better luck getting your money back.

Told me it was shipped and when I checked the tracking number it was never shipped also emailed them three times.

Total scam. Terrible product and no customer service at all. They also send false advertising in texts. I repeat - DO NOT SPEND A PENNY WITH PERSONALIZED WITCH.
