I will agree that I originally bought a basic package. Shortly after, I received a pushy upsell call. Evidently, I agreed to additional services but thought I was getting an email to review. Fast forward, they are relentless, in order for it to go away I paid the balance. I asked to be removed from all future communications. These folks don't understand what that means. How are they still in business based on these reviews and on Google. In my opinion they run a scam.
This company called asking about posters which we purchased from last year. This year I was instructed not to purchase them this year as we could get them for free else where. So, when the call came in I let them know I would not be purchasing this. Next thing I know posters arrive so I refuse them and send them back with UPS. Now we keep getting harassing phone calls asking us for the UPS tracking number ( your company sent it,so you should have it) and now I'm getting told that our account will go into collections if we don't pay! Our office doesn't have your product it was sent back!
I contacted Personnel Concepts twice, for ordering and then again with questions. Laura with Personnel Concepts was very helpful and answered my questions, and advised me where to locate additional information for meeting the requirements for posting the Labor Laws. I signed up for the 1 year of Law updates to be sent to me when laws change also, takes the worry out of this process. Received the posters today and I am pleased with them! Will write a review again in a year to rate the Law Update service they provide.
Thank you
This company is a scam. I had them call my family business even screaming and demanding we need to buy their posters and threatening that we will get fines. We actually did buy all their stuff for years until we found out they were just scams. They used to make us feel scared and we kept buying their stuff we couldn't even fit anymore posters on the wall because of how many times a year they would call the business telling us we were going to get in trouble if we didn't get the new posters. I'm glad we did our research and got rid of them. They are the worst thing ever!

Personal concepts called us and offered to send us are updated employee posters. After calling me back twice to ask me to increase the services and saying no they did it anyways. Once we realize this we asked for the refund which never happened and they sent us to collections. Beware.

This company is a scam/predetory company and will lie to you about things you need up to date in your place of business. Bought from them one time and there very rude employees threaten you with fines and litigation if you dont buy from them now. Never bought from them after first purchase. Contact your local state labor offices and just purchase through them if its not already free. Have a good day

She was nice and very professional. I am not a fan of Personnel Concepts. Everyone that has called me in the past has been rude and I did not like the way that they talked to me. If it was not for how she talked to me today I would have discontinued my service with them today. I was never going to use them again even though they provide very good service.

I made the mistake of ordering compliance posters for my work and now I'm continually blasted with mail, both at work and now to my home address with renewal notices. I have never given my home address and have also asked them on several occasions to remove me from their list. Buy once and you are screwed to continually receive mail.

To address this, please contact our customer service at Customer_Relations@personnelconcepts.com for immediate assistance in completing a suppression request. I dealt with Joy after another rep had contacted me the day prior and was not very helpful and we ended up getting cut off...anyways Joy was very processional, informative and helpful with my concerns and questions!
Hello Brooke. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this feedback for Joy. We truly appreciate your continued business and we are excited to be your compliance partner.
Today, I had the pleasure of speaking with Marissa Gardner. She was so pleasant and very informative. I found that I was missing several of the posters that I needed to be in compliance, and she helped me with all of these. Thank you, Marissa!
Hello Donna! Super excited that Marissa was able to assist with your labor laws compliance needs and understand the value of our products. Have a great year and thank you for your business!
In Dec 2023 I bought posters($27). Then received a phone call from a person that could barely speak English. I told her to send me an invoice and I would decide, because I wouldn't buy anything that I was not understanding what was over the phone for $275. As soon as I received the invoice, I emailed them back, stating that I didn't want to buy anything from them, and asked to take my business out of their list. Jan 2024 I received a phone call threatening me to pay or they would send me to collections. This guy Ron was very rude and kept calling and emailing me. I don't feel like paying because I never received anything from an invoice that I said I was not buying. But I am now confused about how to proceed. I wonder how this company is still in the business scamming small business.

I recognized the mailer as a sketchy marketing technique (alert, must post, etc), but I thought it might be nice to have a "space-saver" laminated poster of state postings for a reasonable price and used the promo code to order it online for around $20. Then I got a follow-up call to confirm my shipping information and ask questions about my business. The rep then proceeded to tell me that what I needed to be in "fully" in compliance as an employer would cost around $280. I refused, but I wonder now if I'm going to be hounded by this company in the future and worry about what they are going to do with my information. I haven't seen my poster yet, but I don't care how great it is. I will not order from them again. Wish I had searched these reviews first.
I ordered a $20 poster then they called and upped the price to $249. Blatant rip off. These are free posters that you can print online, but gathering all the necessary ones are some what of a pain. $20-$30 fine, but bait and switch all the way up to $249 is awful.

I called to order some updated compliance posters and spoke to Donna Fletcher in customer service.
She was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. After speaking with her I realized I needed to order a second poster. I emailed Donna she got back to me immediately and placed my order by adding it to my original order to prevent me from paying delivery twice. I did not ask her to do that she took the initiative to provide outstanding customer services. Mission accomplished. Donna thank you for all you do. Lisa Furtado

Answer: This is an absolute scam. They called to confirm the order, which I thought was weird, but whatever. They lied to me about what my boss ordered and what should have been a $25 order ended up being well over $200. They also lied to me about what we needed. I work for an employment lawyer so my boss knew what we need to have up in the office. We called to cancel the order and they refused saying that it had already been shipped, but the tracking information said that the label had been created and that it had not been shipped yet. They did say that we could refuse the package when it arrived and we could get a full refund. I was annoyed, but decided not to fight it anymore. About an hour ago my unwanted package was delivered in a tube without a top on it. The only way to refuse a package is if it is unopened. Since it arrived unopened we couldn't refuse it. I went to the post office to see if there was some loophole and they said that since I couldn't prove it arrived open, there was nothing they could do. Since it arrived open, the posters were damaged. I called Personnel Concepts to get a refund for damaged product, but they said that they were not responsible for any damaged product and refused to give us a refund. They said that if we paid out of pocket to send it back that they would give us a refund. However we're mad because they lied to us about what we need and what we ordered. It is wrong that they lied and it is wrong that they refused to cancel the shipment and it is wrong that they are expecting us to pay for a damaged product that we didn't even want to begin with.
