Petallush

This is a Chinese company selling pour quality items. I got my items a month after ordering, I ordered 6 dresses and one was okay, not great quality and the others were awful. Thin material and not as pictured. I tried to return the items and even though their website says you can return after 30 days of recieving the items they wanted to give me $22 and have me keep the dresses. I paid over $234 and they only would give me $22 back. Never ordering from this company again!

Loved the styles as they are unique and great value for money too. I was worried they would not fit and the return process would be a nightmare but luckily only 1 of the items was not a great fit on me and I will probably just give that to a friend

I threw away 65 dollars, poor quality, the dress did not fit me.
The return policies are a disaster. They want to give you 25% of the original value and keep the dress.
I had never been through this.
The store does not give you information to return the product

It would be nice to see plus size models, to know what size the model is wearing so we can see if the fit will be good.

I've ordered twice. I love the beautiful dresses. I just received my first order and the item was just as I expected it. It fit well and appeared just like the image on the website. So far, I've had a good experience with this company.

Make sure you are generous with the sizes. I measured myself and picked the right size, but I should have picked the one size up. The delivery/shipping was prompt and fast. They only forgot my apartment number on the address.

I ordered a dress from this company and it did not fit correctly. I have emailed multiple times asking for information on how to return it. The company has emailed back twice saying they would compensate me $10 and I can just keep the dress. I paid $50 for the dress! I have emailed back multiple times saying no I do not want the $10 compensation and would like to return and they still have not sent me information on how to return.

I do not recommend this company.

They said it would take 5-7 days but has taken much longer. Almost 2 weeks and haven't seen it yet.

It was a email they sent me to see if I had received it yet and I said no. They said sometimes orders take a little longer because of so many orders.

For some reason the payment part was the hardest thing. I finally figured out a way to go through. I don't have PayPal and just wanted to use a credit card and it was so tricky. Took me four times to get it to go through.

This experience would have been just fine, only the dress did not fit. I used the charts provided and ordered accordingly – but it does not fit all, except for the sleeves. I was so sure that it would fit, that I did not request a return policy form and now I need one. If it is possible to receive that form, so I can return the dress, I would appreciate it. Also, the color of the dress was much darker when it arrived than it looked in the advertisement.

Love the styles you offer and that they are modest and flattering to ladies with curves. However the three I bought i ultimately had to return at my expense. The had no stretch and we're not flattering on me.

They were very personable. Answered my first email quickly. Still waiting to hear a response from my email requesting a return.

Do not buy anything from this company. They try to scam you. No confirmation emails. They will not let you return anything and they are super shady. They will barter with you back and forth instead of "authorizing" to let you return your items. And then they will not refund your money. Get this company GONE. They just suck.

I ordered 3 dresses, all of which did not fit me nor were they flattering. I emailed customer service to return and they asked if I would keep 2 of the dresses...uhmm what? Why would I keep 2 dresses that don't fit nor do I like? Horrible return process so far. Only buy their dresses if your absolutely sure you'll love it.

I like Petallush for various reasons. For one thing, they have a lot of choices. For another, their prices are much more reasonable than other online clothing stores. For another, their customer service is very good! What's not to like about Petallush?!

I was a little nervous once I realized it was coming from China! It arrived a lot sooner than I thought it would. I want to say it only took about a week? The dress is gorgeous, and fit my daughter perfectly, another thing I was worried about. It fits very true to size. She's normally a size 8-10 and she chose a medium and it fits nicely. The only thing that you need to know is it is VERY see through! She needs to wear a full length slip under it. But, with the slip, it looks like part of the dress and it's perfect!

I like the items, but half my order is way too small! An XL dress that I thought would be big on me will have to substitute for the M I bought for a gift.
Glad that I still have a gift, but now I have all these things to return. The M I ordered is sized like an XS, and I know sizes because I've been a custom dressmaker for 25 years.
Disappointed

I was looking for dresses to wear to a memorial service. This site popped up. I had never heard of them before so did do some research online to see if they were legit. It seemed so. I ordered on 6/8/23. Never received shipping information. I emailed them and was told it shipped on 6/11 and was given tracking information. The tracking is bogus. It hasn't been updated since 6/11 and it's now 6/17. Around 6/14 I received an email saying the product was delivered and how was my experience? I emailed them again saying I hadn't received it. They said not to worry that it was still on the way and usually takes 7-15 days. And sent the bogus tracking again. Since when does anything take that long for delivery anymore? Still waiting for the product. Also ready to send a dispute to PayPal should it not get here by the 29th. 15 days. Ridiculous.

I was easy to select and pay. I love the way the Maxi dress fits except the sleeves are a little tight.

The Maxi dress with pockets was a little big and just didn't look good on. Also neck was too high.

Shopping for dresses was easy. The website was very simple to use. However, both my dresses are too small and the return process is cumbersome and difficult to even understand. I will not be shopping with Petallush again.

The company sold me a dress that was out of stock without telling me. It wasn't until long after it should have been delivered that they responded to my email and let me know that the dress I bought didn't exist.

They offered a full refund, but I’m still upset because I needed that dress.

I used the company's sizing chart, and I sized up. ALL the clothes I ordered were TOOO small. Most I couldn't even get past my chest. I ordered a shirt, they advertised as gray... It came to me Tan. I sent all the items back, and I had to pay shipping. This company descripts are VERY deceiving. I will NEVER order from them again. If you order from them... you better be a small Asian woman

I ordered my dress on Friday and needed it the next Thursday for engagement pictures. I paid extra for quick shipping. I received my order the very day I needed it. So overall I enjoyed the shopping experience.

The style of clothing is beautiful and the easy use of the site. I received confirmation of the order by email then once the order was completed and ready for dispatch, I received another email to say the order was on the way. I also received an email asking if I received the order that arrived the next day.
