I've been very happy with customer service and their heart health and flea/tick control products have kept my dogs healthy. I don't expect next day delivery that I might get from Chewy or Amazon, but the savings are worth the wait!
Placing order, you are made think it is an American Company. "Cheaper than everyone else" should have been a good clue on its own... I tried to cancel after realizing that it is not an original nor shipping domestically: "anything else I can do for you?" - asked "CSR"... Thanking it to my CC Fraud!

Pet Shed is an Australian based company and ships from Singapore for optimal logistic purposes only. Shipping is via U.S. Postal Service, and our delivery time frame is 4 to 10 business days after being dispatched (excluding weekends and holidays).
We ship all products listed on our website from a jurisdiction that does not require a prescription such as Australia. Our products still are shipped from manufacturers from the UK and Australia to our warehouse in Singapore and only our generic medications are from Vetbiochem, a reputable company in India
They are otherwise the same as the products you could purchase locally. They are even made in the same factories to precisely the same specifications and then packaged for different geographic markets. There may be some minor packaging differences such as weights listed in kgs rather than lbs where the target market has the metric system.

Customer service is very responsive and resolves issues and answers questions quickly.
I have been buying from them for many years and saving money in the process.
I am glad they offer generic products for HW, with two very large dogs it really helps.
Shipping can be slow, but plan ahead and purchase enough for at least 6 months. I do this for HW and Flea and Tick meds.

Was awesome years ago. Products shipped from Australia. Now the ship from china and after trying 3 different flea meds and none of them work I realized it's now a scam. Ordered advantage 2 on Amazon on no more fleas
I ordered exactly 4 weeks ago and just received my order. I have been ordering for the passed 15 years with Petshed. They have good prices, but you will wait on the order. I get enough meds to last a year or so. I was very anxious to get my order because it was over 200$, but this place always comes through. Thanks Pet Shed
I have been buying from Pet Shed for a few years. Normally it takes 3 to 4 weeks it being out of the country and that is fine. Just plan for it. I have 3 big dogs and a small one and you can't beat the prices. My latest order came in 2 weeks. Comon folks with Corona they are doing great!
Pet shed is fine. The only real issue is they are overseas and there is a long shipping time. Other than that- their products are good and cheaper than anyone else.

Have been buying from Petshed for 20 yrs, and have NEVER had a problem. I've told everyone about Pet shed. They can't believe the savings. Most of the negatives written are about shipping. People need to chill. It does take time for shipping from another country. Overall PetShed has been a blessing for us. We have 2 very large dogs and 3 cats, so we need the savings they provide.

Order was shipped from Hong Kong. Orders shipped from Australia in the past have been legit. Found a kitten that was infested with fleas, vet gave him pill that killed them all. Put the Frontline Plus from Petshed on, he & the whole house are infested again. NOT happy.

All our branded medications are otherwise the same as the products you could purchase locally. I have ordered from Pet Shed for a few years now. I have 5 large to extra large dos, all rescues. If it were not for the great value that I am able to take advantage of on this website, I would not be able to keep every one flea and tick free the way they deserve to be! If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and order from any of their competitors that ship within the USA. I had been a long time customer of Pet Shed (since 2011) and can say they've declined rapidly. I placed my last order with them 3 weeks ago, and have seen nothing except for a fake USPS tracking number. Being this is a medication we're needed, I'm not too thrilled about it, which goes for the same trolling responses I've received (slowly I might add) thru their customer service email address. I feel completely scammed and have filed a complaint with my credit card company. Buyer beware!

I tried using PayPal for security, but it was denied, and I only found out when shipment didn't arrive after 3 weeks. (should have been a red flag) Ordered again using credit card that I only occasionally use. Next day, 5 or 6 fraudulent charges on it, so it was canceled. CC company says billed out of Hong Kong. I'm posting this to agree with others here who have had the same problem with cc fraud immediately after placing an order. I'm now concerned that the meds will be counterfeit, made in China, and will hesitate to use them. No more orders from them.

I love my cats and of course I care about them. Couple of weeks ago i started to notice that one of my car started to shed and moreover I noticed plenty of dandruff on his wool. I started to think that everything because of their food. I applied to this company because I found it in the internet and it seemed to me pretty reliable in case of issue, which are connected with pets. I explored here some of the food, and found some food which struggle with dandruff and prevent shedding. I ordered couple of packs of this food and my cats really liked it a lot. Moreover, I noticed yesterday that the dandruff vanished. It's cool.
Bought an Item and didn't recieve it by a week. Called and they said it will be the another week. So 2 weeks to deliver a product? Only takes 5 days to drive from California to NY? So why does it take so long? Ridiculous... Don't be in a rush

Last year, I bought Bravecto and it worked wonderfully!
This year, I bought Bravecto and it is NOT working! My poor dog is still itching and very uncomfortable; he can't get any rest! I purchased 2 doses. It's been a month since the purchase and giving him the 1st dose. I just gave him the 2d dose. I hope he doesn't get extremely ill or die. If this works I may buy again, but maybe not because I feel like the 1st dose was a dud and the 2d dose may be a dud as well because they are from the same lot. *TO THE MANUFACTURER...Your product is priced well which means you're getting many customers and there is no reason to reduce the potency of your product. Somebody owes me money!

UPDATE:
I believe in being fair and updating reviews once there is a final outcome. I did eventually receive the items that were ordered, but it took over 3 months to come in and was well past all estimated deadlines that I was given via customer service and the website. The items were so late I had to go out and purchase medicine elsewhere despite ordering months ahead of time. I used to recommend this website, and they are not a scam (thankfully) but I would not order from them again until they change their current shipping services.

All the positive reviews here are from previous experiences and are no longer applicable. I'm not sure what happened to this company but they changed their shipping port from the UK to Singapore, and since then everything has been a disaster. Instead of doing the right thing in response, this company has shut down their customer service website, turned off their support phone number (even though the website tells you to call them) and emails go unanswered or are replied to with a generic "shipping is taking longer it's all COVID's fault" response. They are not issuing refunds for products that are 90+ days late, but offer instead a gift card to be used. It's all a big joke, and the joke is on us. Someone said we just need to chill, I can't wait until she orders $100+ dollars next time, never gets the item and is out her $100.

Savings not worth the hassle, do not order from them unless you do so 3+ months ahead of time.
I have been using PetShed since 2014 for generic heartworm medication. Always a pleasure doing business with them for my four dogs (2 Rhodesian ridgebacks, a kelpie and a cocker mix).
