I am OBSESSED! PHix bring together of all things I love, flares, 70s inspo, western and texture. Top quality finish and detailing on every garment, and the fastest international (GB- AUS) shipping I have ever had everytime.
In what should have been a routine return, I found myself in a horrible nightmare with Phix Clothing. After ordering three ill-fitting shirts, I sought to return them, only to be told I had to cover return shipping costs. The cheapest option? A whopping $50 from NYC to the UK. When I asked for reimbursement, they flat-out refused. Save yourself the hassle and expense – avoid Phix Clothing unless you're willing to gamble on keeping items that don't fit.

The original post was lost when I posted the response, but long story short:
I bought a tshirt, and it never arrived!
I contacted them, and they gave two different dispatch dates, and after a few emails, I was ignored by their "Customer Service" people; they said that they don't see a reason why the item wouldn't arrive - like if I was lying about a simple tshirt?!
I have never had a problem with a "lost" item, and have bought from several online shops, in Europe and also from the US. Last good experiences were with Asos, Diesel, Jadedlondon and forever21.
To me this company is a scam.

I know it's not your fault, and that maybe u have to save face as part of your job; but this comes a year+ too late and only as a reaction to my post.
I won't waste more time emailing back and forth with your people. Only to be ignored in the end? No time for that!
U can keep the 20euros (of wtv amount it was), I don't care.
Or even better: Maybe u can use that money and pay at least an hour of Customer Service online training for your people, specially for Victoria Rose, who is the one who ignored my last FOUR emails.
