This company has no idea what true, good customer service is. I ordered a box of dates from them and found that they were full of bugs & worms, so I contacted the company asking for a solution. I even told them I'd gladly return the dates as proof they were faulty. No reply after multiple attempts. That's been months ago now and still no action from the company. For being a "non-profit" and foraging/taking fruit that isn't even technically theirs, you'd think a refund or replacement wouldn't be much of a big deal, but greed & profit is the only thing they have in mind - not the satisfaction of their customers.
