I was given i code to unlock my phone phoned up from my landline could hardly hear them had to ring back got code did not work went to virgin shop they tried did not work tried to locate company could not find it again phone mumber *******0423 was shocked to know it was in the phillippines got my phone bill today 21 st feb it cost me £10 42 to get the code that did not work cannot contact them can anyone help i made the call on the 5th feb 2011 patricia honey
