I placed an order for a refurbished OnePlus 10 Pro in white (12GB RAM, 512GB storage) on July 26,2024, for 440.12€. The phone was supposed to arrive between July 29 and August 6, but I didn't receive it until August 19—well beyond the promised delivery window.
On top of the delay, I was charged unexpected customs fees of 28.5€. When I finally received the package, while I did get a OnePlus 10 Pro with 12GB RAM, it was the wrong color (black) and had only 256GB of storage, not the 512GB I had paid for. This model is priced at 326.43€, far less than what I paid.
Before writing my initial review, I contacted customer service and informed them that if they didn't resolve my issue, I would write a review. Their response was that I was "free to write a review." However, after posting my review, they promised compensation but later informed me that I would only receive it if I removed the review. This feels like blatant blackmail, as they are prioritizing controlling reviews over actually solving the problem.
I strongly advise caution before making any purchases from this platform. Their handling of issues and customer service has been highly unprofessional and disappointing.
