Total fraud, sent the phone they were offering £269 for it said payment is the same day, they got the phone sent a revised offer of 113 total bull shot saying it had pixel damage, it was like new. When I realised I would never get the phone back without paying postage and having to go through so much hassle I accepted the offer, still no Payment has been made days later. I try to call but it goes straight to answer phone or no one picks up, hmmm think I'm being played here. Anyway don't send you phone to phones2pounds they are fake. Other reviews will be from that business I'm sure. Just be careful find another company call them first talk to someone, I was in a rush and that was a mistake. Even your mobile provider might buy your phone from from you, I remember 3 used to.

Phones2pounds have made recycling your old mobile phone very easy and hassle free. They sent out a free pre paid postage bag and kept me in the loop all the way and paid the full amount which was very high compared to other companies online. Will be recommending to others

They give you an offer…. You post the phone off…. They give you a reduced off saying your phone is badly scratched when it isn't. No answer to emails or phone calls or requests to send the original offer or send the phone back! Do NOT use! Ignore most of their fake positive‘reviews'. SCAM.

So I have used these guys a few times over the years. It has always been a positive experience as a whole so I think they deserve the review I'm learning. Thank you.

Money took slightly longer to come, it took a day and a half but apart from this everything was fine.

Smooth from the beginning, from receiving it quickly to just getting my across to my quickly. I will be using these lot next upgrade time.
