Have ordered many times from photobox and have always received really great products. Recently ordered a large canvas online, which is very quick and easy to do and love how it tells you if the picture quality is good enough. Product received very quickly. Good prices and deals too.
Ordered and they arived on time sure but all magnets had uneven margins ans photos were cropped. They looked like. 2 year old cut them. Sent them an email and they sent me another set of pics with the exact same problem. ReOrdered! And they STILL came defective! Terrible.
I placed an order and waited for at least two weeks. Nothing has arrived. I emailed them (well the customer service was great and helpful. They checked the shipment status and it was apparently shipped out from the factory. They offered to resend me for free.) However, after over 2 weeks of wait, I haven't yet received it. It was a birthday present for my friend now I have to think of something else for her. Very disappointed.
Tried to update my calendar but its locked into unsupported software used by Photobox they said i could reprint last years but not edit it and make it 2022 version! I advised them that was not helpful he said i could recreate my calendar but not use any of the photos as they can't be accessed by me anymore. Again not useful. He then advised me that his computer has stopped working and he would call me back! I asked him if he had my number he said yes it's in front of me on my screen... oh you just told me it's not working? He put the phone down and funny enough he has not called me back. Rude, unhelpful and disgusting manners.
I placed an order and paid £7.99 for express delivery. When photos didn't arrive in the expected time, instead of 2days they came 5 days later. I complained but was refused a refund and they lied about what the service was.
Ordered a photo book for a special occasion. Two weeks after the birthday it's still not arrive ( ordered in plenty of time)
Contracted them for them to say they can't do anything until after 40 days
Awful. No contact to multiple emails (8 and counting). No contact number for Nz customers. No replies to facebook messages.
Have taken my money and have received no orders.
I have an order delivered in France somewhere not New zealand and no way to get hold of anyone. Avoid at all costs.
I've order the large magnets a number of times, for myself, for friends, my parents and for my grandma. The quality has always been great. They ship super fast. I've never had an issue. I am shocked by all the people saying they never got their product etc. I have never once had an issue and have order at least 7 or 8 times.
Terrible service. I ordered four large aluminium wall arts as a christmas present. When we went to mount them we found three couldn't be mounted. The two portrait images could only be mounted on their side and one of the landscape prints could only be mounted upsidedown. After a month of being fobbed off by their customer service I had to raise a PayPal dispute. Finally several weeks after that the only resolution I am offered is to return the prints at my expense for a refund. Basically I am paying to store their mistakes for just over a month and I have failed to give someone a christmas present. I wish we could give negative stars. I will go to a proper company next time.
After ordering my daughter's Graduation pics into a memory book I was so dissapointed when i received it. Most of the heads were chopped off and that wasn't the case of the photos I sent. No refund for this!
Absolutely terrible service. With the amount of times i called, not a single staff member knew what they where doing. I ordered 5 large canvases which was actually for a client. Only 3 came and 2 was missing according to a staff member but they couldn't track the item and couldn't contact the courier, which i assume is hired by photobox (evri). Unfortunately not a good experience and we spent almost £400 for 5 60 x 60 canvases, i will not be using photobox in the future. They are very unhelpful and unreliable. If you need need canvases in a time-pressured situation then Photobox is not the best for that.
I ordered a photo book for my first wedding anniversary and they could not deliver on time. I asked them to change the delivery to express delivery, but they wouldn't. They were condescending trying to blame me and that I should have ordered earlier even though I had ordered in the required time to get it when I needed to.
Just don't bother, go with Snapfish or someone else.
I ordered a 1000 piece puzzle from this company with a photo of my partner and my dog on it for a small stocking filler for Christmas. I received a 24 piece puzzle with a picture of some random bloke and kid on the beach. Add to that the fact it was the poorest quality and cost £ 30. Stay well away from these thieves. If it was possible I wouldnt even rate them 1 star.
Very disapointed with the quality of canvas, the writing is blurry including image, despite contacting company I've had no reply.
This was a XMAS gift, which is now homed in our cupboard - out of site!
Yet another bad website. The upload when ordering a calendar does not work, it repeatedly hangs. However, you can upload normal photos. If you order prints and a calendar, they charge twice for delivery.
Ordered and paid £15 extra to get delivery in 2 weeks as it was a 60th birthday present. That was 3 weeks ago and still nothing has arrived. After 9 emails, 2 Facebook messages and about 50 negative Facebook comments, I was finally offered a refund as they still can't supply a delivery date. Avoid like the plague, they are useless.
AVOID! Awful slow website, claims able to upload in bulk but more than 1 or 2 at a time always results in "network error".
Default sets to premium product prints, so overcharges when trying to use credits.
They're expensive enough as it is, lots more much cheaper companies out there that provide a faster and better quality product.
Photobox customer service is also very poor.
Placed an order 18th April.
Received an email to say order has been dispatched and will be delivered 13th May. Waited another week as I understand current situation could cause further delays.
Still no parcel!
3 x emails later to Photobox and not even a single reply or acknowledgment yet.
Terrible customer service from what is supposed to be a reputable company. Can't believe they have nor even replied back.
Probably will never get my delivery or my money back.

It's all in the title. I spent an hour trying to use a really sticky UI and after finally getting it all sorted I was rejected at my checkout on three occasions. I couldn't understand this so I got the on-line chat enabled and that was when the helpful agent (well done Fiona!) told me that the cards are out of stock. I suggested they put an advert on their website advising potential clients of this and also that they mobilise their materials supply chain partners better in terms of paper and board deliveries. I am not sure if this advice was taken, but all in all a wasted hour and a half - poor service, poor quality and I will sadly neither use nor recommend this service.
It seems a real shame as other users have clearly had good experiences but I can only go with what I encountered and it was dreadful and a total waste of my time. Happy Lockdown 2 Photobox!
This is a terrible company to deal with. Order placed and never sent, no follow up email to explain order delays. When contacted they couldn't provide me with a dispatch date for my order and expected me to wait for an unspecified amount of time to receive the goods I had paid for over a month ago. Terrible company - avoid at all costs... Snapfish much better to deal with
