I've been using this company for four or five years now and can highly recommend them. Their back end admin is easy to use and installation is a snip. When I did have problems with their software, they went out of their way to fix the problem without extra charge. I can only speak from my experience, which has been very good.

I am one of the old school and have worked with computers since paper tape and punch card input days back in the 60's. To day I freely support local voluntary groups and not for profit community projects. Over the years I have gained much experience but it is nothing compared with what this team know. There support helping us in times of troubleshooting and development really is second to none and I consider myself very lucky to have them support me whilst helping others. Thanks you

I use 5 of the scripts on a permanent basis and a few others more intermittently on our non-profit website and I love them all. The scripts are easy to install and use, and with a little extra knowledge they're not too hard to modify to seamlessly integrate into your website. I always look at them first for new needs as they arise, and I'm sure I'll be getting more as we expand our online capabilities. They are also very responsive to support tickets, even when the problem was my own doing. They've always helped me resolve any issues I had.

I own two scripts from PHPJabbers, both of which are extremely well written, adaptable, and fully functional. They are always most helpful in support, with a first-rate service. All questions are answered very promptly. I'm always amazed that they provide a premium service at no extra cost. Well done! Thank you for providing professional quality scripts. I am using the Time Slots Booking Calendar. The whole process, from purchase to support questions, is user friendly and just plain works. I had an issue that prevented the script from working completely. Support was always quick to answer and found that I had conflicting email addresses in my PayPal account. My rating for StivaSoft is A+++ and I would recommend their products to my colleagues and friends.

This is my second experience of dealing with PHPJabbers having just bought another program from them. This program has been tailored exactly to suit my needs. I am extremely satisfied with the service I receive both from customer support and from the coders themselves. When you bring an issue to them they fully understand what it is you need and always make a great effort to ensure that you get what you want. Another full, 5 Stars for PHPJabbers from a very happy customer.

If you need a script modification, they can almost never or don't want to. Response times are extremely slow. There's no documentation, and they give you no indication if you have to change a file on your own. The prices are very high. They just do the strict mimimum. Lazy poeple and very unpleasant. They have lost one more customer.

I am using Food Delivery script - all features are great and work without a problem. Really the best one I could find. Besides, I got a 40% discount so the price I paid was excellent! Maybe a Wordpress plugin to connect this one to our website admin page would be nice, but it works great anyway:)

The support system is truly professional and extremely fast.
They answered immediately all my tickets even though i am an amateur and my code knowledge is below average.

Customer support is top notice. Which is awesome because that can't be said about a lot of companies. It would be nice if you guys had forum community to answer questions, for you guys make announcements, wish list, report bugs. Would love to see the back end and front end of the scripts get UI face lift. Just to make things look little more 2021 for example the login screen could use a new look. Thanks. These scripts are great to make a website just that much is easier to use for my clients and to really benefit my clients business.

PHPjabbers have some of the best scripts on the market. I have been using some of their scripts and they all do what they says. Nothing is ever too complicated with them.

Anyway, if you need a script packed with many features, look everywhere else. For me a simple software solution needs to be cut loose of necessary features. Only a few companies nowadays can make off-the-shelf software solution that are not too complicated and full of unwanted features. And such a software is very expensive. I personally prefer PHPjabbers for my script needs. Their scripts are always greatly simple, straightforward and affordable.

Be carefull when buying a 'developer license' from this company: they will sell you the license but don't deliver all the php source code. Parts are encrypted 'to protect their framework', but that way you can't use it to develop freely what you may wish. Everything is aimed at having you pay extra for development jobs.

We have been using PHPJabbers scripts since 2011 when we bought the Property Listing script. It has been running without a glitch since then and just this last month we purchased the Bus reservations script. We are very happy with the script and the support we receive. Every question is answered promptly and all issues sorted out and I have to point out these issues were not script related but they still helped us resolve it every time.
I can definitely recommend using PHPjabbers.

Having used phpjabbers before and been impressed with their product and service, so when i needed another script and found phpjabbers did a script for my needs i purchased that script knowing i was in good hands. Not only for a well designed script with a very easy to use admin area but the great support that comes with it.
So if you need a script, phpjabbers is the place to look first. You will not be disappointed.

I've just finished setting up my booking calendar with the script provided by PHPJabbers. I'm not a scripter AT ALL and was pretty daunted by the project, but they have been superb. I've not actually experienced such a great support service before. I can count on their replies more than I can count on my own husband! They have been tremendous in responding so quickly to all of my many questions, and very patient with me. Would highly recommend:-).

I am extremely impressed with Stivasoft services! I've used a variety of StivaSoft products and I find the instructions very easy to follow. The software interfaces are easy and intuitive, and I appreciate how customizable each product is. One more thing is that I can't say enough about, is the support I've received from Stivasoft. Each time I've opened a support ticket (even on a Sunday afternoon) I not only got an immediate response, but my inquiries/issues have been completely resolved within a matter of minutes.
