My whole ordering process until I received the canvas took me in total 4 days. The canvas are amazing. Robust, intense colors and all this for a very reasonable price. I give picanova.com 5 stars because they absolutely deserve it! I'll definitely order again!

I ordered a Mother's Day gift on May 4th and the website guaranteed delivery by Mother's Day, May 12th. It arrived May 16th. The mug was very nice, but don't promise what you can't deliver.

The picture on the canvas was beautiful. The work was very professional. I highly recommend this company. It also arrived in a timely fashion. I'm going to have more canvases made. It is everything I was expecting and more! Thank you for this wonderful experience with your company.

I have fallen in love with my photos on canvas from Picanova!

I started purchasing canvas prints several years ago, in response to an offer from a nature photographer whose prints of a gorgeous Gorilla were irrisistable. Back then, I purchased a number of canvases to create photo areas in my home. The prints from Picanova were lush, richly colored, and more like paintings than prints. The customer service was provided to customers individually, with Picanova staff willing and able to review a print order to help the customer better ensure it would come out as hoped.

Picanova has changed since then. The prints don't seem as lush anymore and the type of personalized service doesn't appear to be available. But, I'm still a customer, and I look forward to getting special photos made on canvas into the future. My most recent purchase is an inspirational image that came out well and is being hung on a living area wall.

Currently dissatisfied- website says product has shipped, but no fedex tracking number is listed. No one is answering toll free number or 305 area code, I've been calling for 6 hours now. No response to my email. Gift will not arrive in time for Christmas gift. Will update if I receive any response.

I have been unable to reach them for the past week to check on the status of my order (now 2 weeks old). They have not responded to my emails, and their 2 phone numbers listed do not answer at all during their reported business hours. They play a recorded message and do not allow you to leave any voicemail. I'm hoping this Christmas gift will arrive on time, but I'm not optimistic. I'm concerned this is a scam and I've been taken.

My first canvas had a scratch which disappointed me a lot. No idea where the scratch came from. If it happened during production or during delivery. I called Customer Care and send them a picture with the scratched canvas. They were very friendly and guaranteed to fix it. I just received my order again and it is perfect. Couldn’t believe it happened so quickly. Very happy about the end result.

I had a beautiful picture, with a picture 'natural frame' within the picture (round lights in the background). I ordered the canvas on the website and it looked fine, but when the canvas arrived it was not the precise framing that they showed when I checked out. That's ok, it can happen. So I send a complaint, suggesting to send this canvas back and order another one with a mirrored border instead of folded. In that way it would not have to be as precise for my picture, considering that they cannot deliver the exact framing as shown on the website... but after a lot of emailing, they still didn't do anything about it. Not really a company that wants to have you satisfied, just wants to make money.

This company managed to send me someone else's canvas which was of a naked young boy. (Bit of a surprise when our picture was of a lighthouse!) Upon making them aware they did not seem overly bothered but I requested that they arranged for collection of the canvas as I certainly didn't feel comfortable disposing of a picture of a naked child (and this was a child, not a baby!). They agreed but then failed to collect it and are now telling me to dispose of the faulty item. Is hardly faulty - it's an indecent image of a minor, and one of expect a reputable company to take seriously. I'm certainly not going to take it to the dump and will have to continue to request that it's collected.

Uploaded a picture (via a groupon) on a Sunday night, it was delivered on Wednesday. Thursday I got the shipping info email. I live in FL, so close to their home base. But my Feb. 2 order was delivered on Feb. 5, well in time for Valentine's Day.

Want to give them a zero but can't. Ordered a groupon on 11/29. I understood they might have been delayed because of Christmas and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Have called them numerous times and get the message what their office hours are. Not able to leave a message. Have written numerous e-mails and have not gotten any response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

When I ordered the frame I was hesitant because I never heard of Picanova. But I took a chance and I'm so pleased that I did. The canvas is beautiful. It was a gift for my son and his wife and they loved it as much as I did. The delivery was quick and the product is exceptional. I intend to use Picanova in the future.

Horrible customer service. I had a groupon for a canvas print. My photo wasn't high enough resolution for the large size, but they refused to let me use it for a smaller (and cheaper for them!) size print. Their customer service was rude and unhelpful. Will never buy anything from them again.

Placed order and paid by credit card on 13th March 2014 for a canvas print. Delivery stated as 3,7 and 10 days depending of which part of the site you look at! Still not delivered on 31st March. No response to my email. My friend ordered a canvas print at the same time as me and it was delivered 3 days later! Guess how I feel.

If you expect prints to match your photos, don't use these! The colours were not accurate, and they say they were consistent with what I uploaded, they weren't! I use a colour calibrated screen and printer, and their prints didn't come close! They obviously tell you anything rather that admit they have it wrong. They won't get anything from me again!

The website was easy to use. They had some crashing issues but this was mostly because of increased activity. They were running a Groupon special at the time of my use. Everything else was well. The company even sent me a promo code to use for the incovience of dealing with the crashing. Awesome customer service.

The service was outstanding. The picture arrived earlier than expected so I was favorably impressed. I have not seen the final product as I sent it as a gift to friends living in another state. They raved about it so I am very pleased.

I have been trying to use the two groupons that I purchased and they are not working as the directions state they should. I get an error that states the code is invalid. Very frustrating and not pleased with this company. I typically can use my groupons with ease and I am very disappointed with Picanova and this purchase.

I am delighted with the product. I bought it as a gift, and the person that I gave it to was also delighted. It was delivered in plenty of time for Christmas, unlike another photo gift that I ordered from a different company. I have already reccommended this company to others.

I am VERY disappointed in this website! I bought a groupon for the canvas 16x20 and went to the site and tried to use it. No matter how many times I tried cropping my picture (which you can't do on their site) it still kept telling me my picture wasn't able to be used for that size and so there for I couldn't use my groupon! I even called them to explain and asked them if I could at least down grade to use it and they told me no. I had to get my money back from groupon.

Instructions and specs are straightforward = uploading artwork was easy. My first order was shipped the next day and arrived very well packaged/ true to color- have since placed a third order...

I HAVE PURCHASED COUPON FROM GROUPON AND TODAY IS THE LAST DAY OF REDEMPTION. NOW IT SAYS COUPON CODE IS NOT VALID. WHAT TO DO. I AM VERY FRUSTRATED NOW. I DONT KNOW WHETHER THEY WILL LISTEN TO ME ON MONDAY AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM OR NOT. REALLY ITS FRUSTRATING.

I recently ordered a Groupon from Picanova.com, when I called to ask if I could pay for my order to get here within 5-6 days they told me they only do STANDARD shipping, even if I wanted to pay an extra $20 for them to ship it to me on time they wouldn't do it. Very frustrating when you need them within a week, hopefully they changed there policy, or they will end up losing customers.

I ordered this through Groupon and am so disgusted! I placed my order on Dec. 9th and haven't received it. No one EVER answers the phone and they don't return emails. What a joke!

BEWARE! THIS COMPANIES SOFTWARE AUTOMATICALLY CROPS YOUR IMAGE DURING UPLOAD ANY ASPECT RATIO CHANGES SO YOU LOSE THE EDGE DETAILS OF YOUR IMAGE SEE PHOTOGRAPHIC PROOF BELOW.

THEY HAVE DISGRACEFUL AND AGGRESSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO ABILTY TO HANDLE COMPLAINTS. THIS IS THE WORST INTERNET PURCHASE I HAVE EVER MADE IN 15 YEARS! I EXPECTED MORE FROM A GERMAN COMPANY... I WAS ROBBED OF £30 AND THE CANVASSES WENT STRAIGHT IN THE BIN... AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
