I was lured in by the cheep price. Once ordered, it took more than 30 days to receive products. The order tracking said the items were being processed during this time. After 20 days, I started emailing and did not receive a reply until 6 working days later. One product received works great; the other has not worked since the day I got it. I contacted Pickegg.com and their reply was I had, "used the product for more than a month" and would not do anything. I will never order from this site again.

Had to purchase replacement items for a customer for a lost package. Had difficulty navigating the option to pay by credit card. After all the difficulty they still extracted the funds from my primary PayPal account which tied into my personal home bank account. Pickegg now denies that there was a credit card option yet I certainly got to it, filled it out and got a confirmation. Offered to pay with the card first on trust (over $500) that they would then refund the PayPal payment. It should be called suck eggs.com

I was always doubtful about any thing made in China. But the country do have some good suppliers which offer quality, cheap electronics. I decided to try my luck. I am happy I found pickegg. My purchase here was generally happy.

I was afraid as I found bad reviews about the website "after" I placed my order. It turned out that my worry was nonsense as I got my item in good condition. But I should admit that pickegg should improve their delivery efficiency – my package was delayed one week. You could imagine how worried I was.

Twenty years doing business on the net with no trouble and I am definitely not recommending Pickegg.com. I ordered a laser 11-24-2010 and here it is 12-13-2010 and no laser, no phones working and no response to my emails. I know the company exists because they charged my credit card. My laser may eventually show up, but I'm not holding my breath. GCF

The aPad I ordered was received damaged. I tried to get a response via email from pickegg so that I could return it at their expense within their 45 day guarantee, but they never responded to me. I've had to put a claim in with PayPal to get my money back. But because they refuse to respond, I have to go by PayPal's policy, which means I need to pay to ship it back to China.

Don't buy anything from pickegg. They're douchebags that just want your money and won't honor their guarantee.

The price is good, and i can always get good deal here. Today, i just find they have "Daily Special Sales". I see the product, and find something interesting, ordered! Hope this time i can receive my package timely.

I am really satisfied with this Laser, especially with its beam power, but there is one thing where you must becareful: If you want to unscrew the battery case, you have to pay attention not to unscrew the diode and driver case, because while you are unscrewing it, the small cables in there will easily be damaged! I ordered a green laser 2 month ago no reply until i e-mailed them they said that thet where out of the idem i wanted so i found another laser i wanted asked if they would bill me the difference my order has ben processing for MONTHS! To anyone looking to buy from this sight go outside and punch yourself in the face and save your money!

I orderd an item on February 11,2011 and still have not received the item although my credit card was charged. I sent an e-mail to their message service 8 times and never received a reply. The site says that my order was shipped on Februay 13 but I have received no tracking number and no other status except that the site details also says pending audit. I am going to file a dispute with my credit card company immediately... jim.

Ordered iphone battery covers (a whopping $2), and after 3 weeks I had heard nothing and received nothing. I filed a complaint on paypal and they responded saying:..."You will receive it within 40 business days. Because of PickEgg.com will have a break for Chinese Spring Festival form 25 Jan. 2011 to 9th Feb. 2011. So all the orders placed in between won't be processed until 13th I"...

At the end they direct further questions to call an international (not toll-free) number.

I wasn't willing to wait 2 months for something that a hundred other ebay sellers will ship out the next day. I'm assuming they knew about the holiday ahead of time. I won't buy from them again. I'm still waiting for a refund (it's the principal of the matter)...

I had paid extra for fast shipping It still took over 3 weeks, that aside the apad I ordered would not charge(now it was three weeks post payment. They finally answered an email and said they need to send new charger and if that didn't work they would replace the apad. That was over a month ago and still have not received the charger. My 45 day refund is passed no response from the company! I have tried calling, emailing. I asked paypal for help and they were not any help either! I am not saying everything is junk but I will tell you IF you have a problem it is too bad for you you will have no recourse.

Don't buy anything from them. It seems like they don't care about you. They hardly respond to emails. They sent me a non working item that doesnt even match their description. And not willing to help me to return it or upgrade it. Stay away from them.

This product (sku: *******) is amazing! I had no clue it would be like the way it is in true life... the pictures do not do it justice. It is way cooler! Very high powered and also great for physics! It was pretty fast shipping aswell and for the reccord this seller has the best offer in my books... its the bees knees!

I bought a high powered green laser pointer last year that I recieved about three weeks later. The delivery was slow, but that said, it was comming from China to Spain & the Spanish post can be really slow alone so I had anticipated it taking a while. The product is excellent, & far cheaper than I had seen elsewhere!
A friend bought a knuckle duster off this site recently as was so cheap he was prepared to take a chance on recieving it. It arrived about three weeks later & he is delighted with it!

Super slow shipping even though I paid extra for registered airmail with tracking. Two days after I placed my order, their website showed that my order was shipped BUT they didn't bother to actually ship it until 18 days when the tracking # showed that it was finally accepted at the post office I guess the extra money I paid for tracking was somewhat helpful when I saw that the post office received it.

Ordered Android tablet, came from California, item did not work. Contacted customer service was advised to return item for refund. When I was given the return information, I had to mail the product to CHINA? I get it from Californnia and have to spend over $20 to return it to CHINA and they will only refund 10% of return shipping. I mailed the packed 1st class to China as requested and guess what!?! They never received the item and refuse to refund my money! THEY ARE THIEVES! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ok, its good looking, its well built and feels good in the hands. Its very much like the Galaxy Tab, except for the resistive touch screen. Coming to the screen, the quality its superb, vivid colors and very bright.
Touch interface is resistive, so you know what you buy, and no multitouch. But Android is very well implemented and the software is pratically flawless. Speedy and responsive, thanks to the new generation Cortex CPU and 512mb or RAM. This bady can really surf the web, play games, and do whatever you want.
So far, so good. I am happy and for this price, i strongly recomend this to you!
As a plus, it have Android 2.2 Froyo on it.
