I ordered same day delivery from Big Lots. The driver left someone else's order. I immediately contacted the company to advise of the error but never heard back until the following day. I had to send several emails just to get a response. The company ultimately did deliver my package a day late but refused to deal with the erroneous order that I received. They also declined to refund my delivery fee, despite that I did not receive same day delivery. Worst service company I have ever dealt with.
I scheduled a delivery with this company and they kept having to reschedule because they only had one driver for the area. I canceled my delivery so I could use a different company and was told I would have to wait 7 -10 business days for my refund. This is totally unacceptable. Especially since they were unable to provide the service in a timely manner. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
If you want to waste your time running in circles with no delivery, step right up and give these jokers a call. I was to have my sofa and recliner delivered after taking a day off of work. In the middle of the window as I was waiting, they called to tell me they didn't have the drivers, and that they would need to reschedule. After paying them over $150 for this service, they now wanted me to wait a week. I cancelled on the spot which was just about the smartest thing I did with this company. I was told that I would need to wait 1-2 weeks to get my money refunded. After looking at other sites, it seems to be their MO. Investigate them carefully online if you plan to use them, and if you do, you can't say you were not warned.
As a driver if you are looking for next day pay look elsewhere they will tell you next day pay then tell you 7-10 business days then they are short staffed change guidelines without letting drivers know in advance horrible communication they strayed from the views first set by Brenda Stoner
This company rescheduled me three times guaranteeing several times that my furniture would be there within a 4-Hour window I have been without furniture for 2 weeks now do not trust them do not trust Big lots it's all a scam
I wish I saw these reviews before now, and that Big Lots listed on their website this is who they used. I purchased furniture, paid for same delivery, got a confirmation that the furniture would be delivered the next day (Last Friday), I wasn't even notified that the delivery wouldn't happen. I called and was told the delivery would happen today, Monday, so I stayed home so I wouldn't miss it. Received a text a little bit ago saying delivery is now being delayed as they're looking for someone to deliver it and when I called the lady said it'll probably be rescheduled, or I could just cancel the delivery. By far the worst customer service and delivery company ever! After reading all of the review will definitely go to BBB next.
They were supposed to pick up my items and deliver them inside. First, they changed the time then the driver left my table outside claiming that I told him there was no space inside to set the table.
Unacceptable service that I have received from PICKUP. I paid $129 for a delivery between 2-4pm on Sunday 4/10. I received a call from a company representative that the driver was running behind and my delivery would now be between 4-6pm on 4/10. At 6pm I had to call PICKUP to inquire about my delivery. I was advised that the delivery would not be made today and would need to be rescheduled for Tuesday 4/12, two days later. The service rep Joanne advised that she could offer me a $10 credit for to the delay. She advised that she would see what she could do to correct this unacceptable service failure and call me back. When she called me back she said that Tuesday would be the time PICKUP could make this delivery and that no credit would be given. I asked to escalate this and received the same customer service failure from Brice. Unfortunately I didn't check the reviews until after the delivery was setup. F rating with BBB and 1 star across the board with reviews. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! #pickupnow #*******168 more to come. Stay tuned for how they resolve this issue.

I scheduled a delivery, twice. Both times, a delivery professional was never assigned. I lost earnings from work, didn't get my furniture delivery.
