I've been getting all of my piercings from pierced universe for the past 3 years. I can only wear implant grade titanium and they carry a large variety of titanium of at reasonable prices. I've had no issues with shipping or customer service and will continue to purchase more jewelry from them in the future!

I placed an order for the same size plugs twice and BOTH times they sent me the wrong size and tried to blame me and offered me a $7 credit. The materials used are fake (even though they claim as real) and the customer service is nonexistent. Don't deal with this shady business.
