This is the absolute worst company I have dealt with in the past few years. I Purchased a high end iPhone cell phone case on 6/3/20. Let's keep in mind here it's an iPhone cell phone case, tiny. It is now July 1st and it still has not arrived. They refuse to answer my emails except for one where they blame shipping on Covid. Very strange, everything else I have ordered from any other site is back to normal. They refuse to answer my last five emails, refund my money or ship out a new item because something obviously happened to do this one. Please do not give this company business. I will also be leaving reviews on Facebook and Instagram.
I have nothing but praise for pikestech.com! It was a great user interface on their website that outlined all questions I may have had and made my shopping experience pleasant and enjoyable! Despite the long wait, I am sincerely satisfied with my purchase and look forward to doing business with pikestech.com in the future!
I purchased pairs of earpods for $14.99 each. They took a little while to arrive as they were shipped from China, which the website did not state. Once they arrived I tried both pairs. They do NOT play for more than 40 minutes, and the charging pod only charges them once. I emailed the company and their response was "Apologizes, but we can't offer and sort of refund or return.

Basically, they sell a crap product and then tell you "too bad". Even at $14.99 I would tell anyone to stay away. You're far better on Amazon paying $30 to $40.
Great website and great help from their customer service team! I went and purchased a phone case. It came in early luckily, but I wanted to make sure it was showing up on time as it was a gift for my friend. I asked the customer service team for an ETA on when the product will arrive and they were super responsive and helpful! Product came in and it looks great!

I ordered a phone case a couple of weeks ago and still have not received it. I sent several emails and got one response stating that they have experienced an unforeseeable delay in shipping due to unexpected circumstances. They have not responded to any of the other emails I sent. I tried calling and got voicemail. This is not a real company. It is a guy named Josh with an internet site. Scamming his customers. You would be a fool to do business with this person.
Placed an order and got confirmation with shipping order and since have received several emails I need to complete my order- their email addresses come back as not valid
I have been in contact with Luke, one of the support people. He has been great in sorting out why the incorrectly-sized item came to my house! Great support, and I cannot wait to get the right size.
I ordered a iPhone wallet on the 19th. I even paid for express shipping. As yet, I haven't even received a promised tracking number. Today is the 25th. Do not trust this company.

I ordered an iPhone case back in May of 2020, and it took quite a while arrive (COVID-19, DARN!).! However, the alcantara wallet case fits my iPhone perfectly, and is stylish; I threw away my wallet.
