I bought from this company twice. I should've learnt my lesson the first time I bought from them. It took them 14 months to deliver an item I bought for my Sim when they said 5-10 days in the description. At least the first time they answer some calls. Now I bought from then couple of items that said 5 days and it's been 10 weeks. I called daily for 2 weeks, left voice mails, and emailed many times, and even used Chat on their website. Not once they answered. For the price you pay for their parts, you can find them somewhere else, and hopefully better customer service. I mean zero customer service. I hope I do not have to replace or return the items or ask for tech support. Then I am really screwed. Stay away from this company.
Tip for consumers:
Stay away from them

30+ year aviation professional myself. Ordered 2 travel mugs in October. No status regarding my order. Just told I should come pick them up even though I paid for shipment. No updates or product that i paid for for several weeks. LAME! AVOID!
I bought Aviation headset from them, and after one week of use; the mic starts to make a very noisy sounds and when I told them they made me to pay the return cost of the shipment! 50$ to receive and I paid another 50$ to return it!
Tip for consumers:
Run away from them, there is a better aviation sites

Though I've known a few space cadets in my time I'm not a pilot myself, but even so just the Gifts section of this site is worth visiting if you're looking for something different to give to the high-flyer in your life (or just a partner with his head in the clouds). There's a huge range of products for amateur and pro pilots here too, and for flight simulator enthusiasts there's a big selection of hardware that starts with basic rudder pedals and goes all the way up to a $6,000 air training device that will have you believing your garage really is a 747. For the authentic passenger experience, by the way, just buy a chair that's too small for you and try sitting facing a wall only 18 inches away. That's how most of us experience flying, alas, which probably explains why "flight sims" are always "pilot sims". But you never know, there may be a gap in the market for a small chair and an instruction book being sold as a "passenger sim". If it happens, you can bet this site will have them in stock.
I was looking for an item and found it on Ebay, a very rare item, but it was an older listing and had already been sold. I kept searching and found the SAME item, with the SAME Ebay description (copied and pasted obviously) with the same photos! AND to boot, the listing here said they had 100 available in stock of that same rare vintage item! NOT POSSIBLE!

I found a listing on this site for an item where the description was copied and pasted from an old listing on Ebay. The merchant said there were 100 items in stock. That's not possible, not of the same 'vintage' doll that was listed. This is a rare item from the 50's and I know the photos were stolen from the former Ebay listing, so there's no way there could be 100 in stock. Someone is trying to rip everyone off!
Thanks for reading!
I had to follow upw tih custoemr service because my order was a few days late, but they really do have great products!
