“Customer services are an absolute joke!”

Ordered 2adult toys by next day delivery £10.95... Still not received it 7days later. No contact number on website so have to contact via email! Which I did about 12times before I got a reply 5days later with excuses & appology. I emailed back asking if they were sending it out or transferred the money bk to my account! Been ignored ever since! Trading standards have been made aware & so will the fraud team from my bank! I want my money back!
