“Lobster tales christmas 23”

Jeffrey M.
3/7/24

Ordered lobster tails on pinterest Christmas 23. Never heard a damn thing. Money was taken 2 days after ordering from my bank account. Still to this day 3/7/24 haven't heard a goddamn thing and yes I am pissed. Pinterest seems to be a place where criminals can play their games. Pinterest needs to do alot better at policing their website. In my book pinterest sucks real bad!

Pinterest is a good way to express creativity and share with friends/strangers ideas or anything cool you may have seen. Although pinterest may seem a little silly or confusing at first, the website actually serves many good purposes. The website is open for viewing but in order to completely participate, one must be 'invited'. While getting invited may take a mere 24 hours, these 24 hours may deter ones interest in the website. Hence, this may be seen as a con. Also, new users may find themselves confused since pinterest is not user friendly and it takes some getting used to.

Ultimately, I think the website's main purpose is to help individuals share ideas and interests with one another, whether recipes, DIY crafts, or decorating. The various options helps this website remain successful and promote its popularity. Personally I use Pinterest, and although not very often, I would recommend it to a friend.

Do I really want to see ads for ranch dressing 5 times in the time span of 2 minutes? No thanks. They completely filled my feed with annoying repeated ads - so much so that I get maybe 3 authentic pins from people I actually follow hidden between like 15 promoted pins. No thanks Ralphs I don't want to see your disgusting recipes even if you paid a lot of money to have me see it. Gross. 2017 Pinterest sucks.

I love Pinterest! A family member told me about this site and I've been hooked ever since. It's great for getting ideas about all the details for an event from flower bouquets, outfits, hair, decor, food, etc. Definitely a source for inspiration and tapping into your creative flow for any occasion. You can create multiple boards to organize your "pins" which is a must have for me.

I have been through Pinterest academy. I have emailed customer service in response to rejected ads asking specifically why an ad was rejected when others very much similar were. Basically run around comes to mind, but no answer just referred again to the thier guide, which does not do helpful. If they were not a big social media site I would run and not look back they are so bad...

Disappointed Pinterest doesn't take better care of monitoring their site for nudity. I will no longer use it and will not allow my younger nieces and nephews to view what used to be a decent website..

My wife subscribed to this website a few years ago and soon decided the content was of no interest to her. In the past three years we have sent numerous "unsubscribe" notifications to Pinterest which have had no effect whatsoever in stopping or even limiting the number of spam emails we receive from them. We have blocked their email address and sender domain several times but each time they switch to a different one and the spam continues. How desperate is this company to maintain a subscription list that subscribers must retain legal counsel to get off of their mailing list? Be aware that if you subscribe to this website they are virtually impossible to get rid of.
Pathetic!

After 4 years suspended for no specific reason. Had saved many pins including many woodworking pins. Very helpful bur now there gone. I suggest using a different site if you want specific information and save it or download it for future use. Do not recommend Pinterest.

I liked this app when it first came out. It was fun to build boards with different interests. Then, like many things unfortunately, it became swamped with ads for cheap products using bait and switch tactics. Now if I have an interest in an article, I must wade through and dodge so many pop-up ads, it's just not worth trying to get through a post. Too bad.

I have been on Pinterest for nearly as long as it's been out to the public. Remember when you needed an invite to even create an account? Right now I have about 15 boards that I actively update and I literally visit my App on my phone daily. Food, design ideas, gardening, hair. The topics are endless! Searching has never let me down and when I'm in a pinch and don't know what to make for dinner, I pull up Pinterest and find the best ideas. Great site for those Suzie Homemakers of the world.

Awful site. First, it insisted that I signed up for 5 boards, but I was interested in only 1. No one should be forced to sign up for 5 boards (or 4 or 3 or 2) if they are interested in fewer. Second, the layout is confusing - cluttered and no obvious organization. It looks like a collage with no overall impression, except clutter. Third, text when it appears sounds juvenile. Maybe this is fine for teenage girls, but I'm not a kid and find it off-putting.

Very creepy. You're allowed to only talk about what the officials tell us to believe when it comes to health -- if you so much as question the ingredients in vaccines, they kick you off and close accounts! Shocking censorship.

I too used to love Pinterest and found it inspiring and a good resource for collating ideas for future projects. Now it is just a disappointment. So many ads for products I am not interested in like sexy underwear I would look terrible in and nappy bags for which I have no use unless my teenage sons become incontinent. My feed is no longer a pleasure to peruse and there are so many repeats of pins I have already seen that its a near useless tool. And of course, no where to easily leave feedback on the site. Big thumbs down.

Upgrade is awful! No option to opt out. Forward page is cluttered and time consuming.

I am so very disappointed in Pinterest and their total lack of communication with their members concerning this terrible upgrade. The least they could've done was ask members to review prior to implementing so we could have at least seen what kind of changes were going to be made to our pages

So I got on Pinterest about 2 years ago, and used it to compile ideas on projects, reference material for my art, and many other things. At the time, the site was easy to use and easy to personalize/organize. Since then, with successive updates, the site has become less and less user friendly, inundated with useless advertisements, and as of this very morning, I can no longer see what my friends post unless I click on their pins by chance. It is infuriating and has sapped the joy out of using their website.

My review is for the deluxe gas grill cover made by Mr Barbecue (Blue Rhino Co.)
Big lots, among other retailers, carries this product and it is indeed inferior and cheap.
Lasted one season for me and it supposed to be weather resistant thru everything including snow. The seams split, material and workmanship inferior and unacceptable.
Do not waste your money on this one.

I used Pinterest since shelter at home, and really got inspired with different ideas. I like Pinterest, frankly the UX is simple and it always gives what you want.

BTW, shopping on Pinterest is getting nicer as well. I know sometimes ads can be annoying to some people, but it does not bother me like how Youtube does.

Pinterest has now resorted to gangster pop-ups on other shopping sites that won't let you shut them down. Your only choice is to stop shopping. I'm pretty sure this isn't legal, and I agree with Robert H. That they won't let you unsubscribe. If you want to do that or tell them about a problem, all you get is an endless loop. I have also encountered what Eddie R. Complains about. Pinterest is way out of control.

Originally loved this site for exchanging craft and design ideas but now I cannot even log on. I get about 3 emails a day with crap pin listings that do not interest me. I liked being able to just browse over the pins without having to log in just to look. Now all that is changed and you can not look at a pin without logging in. This entire weekend I have not had any access because it keeps turning down my log in info.

I am disgusted by the way Pinterest treated me, I merely posted pins already on other people's boards about the 80's, with no knowledge of the fact these pics were of a famous model or copy righted, Pinterest told me in emails that the pins were removed but not my fault but then went on to suspend my account. I emailed the copy right holder and explained and she wrote to them removing the complaint. They have never answered my emails or read what she wrote. 6 years of being a user did not matter. User's mean nothing, only advertiser's. They don't care about the time or effort put in. In South Africa we don't have easy internet access and it cost me a lot over the years to build my account. I am disgusted and will not make another account.

Pinterest got so bad. Before i can even go to find anything there's a ton of sales i got to scroll through first. I consider quitting using it. Just as any other social network-- too much advertising and trying to sell stuff.

They are too sensitive on this site for no good reason. What did I post that was so offensive that booted me off? Like most sites such as this, it is the work of Satan anyway. This site is a bad idea.

Tip for consumers:
Do not go on there for pleasure!

Elimuhub Tuition And Consultants is a great service for tutoring. They have a Pinterest app that lets me advertise, create awareness, book sessions, access materials, and track progress. The app is user-friendly, reliable, and fun. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to improve their grades and confidence.

Once you sign up this company keeps sending emails and solicitations forever. I tried to unsubscribe after. Week but by then my brand new email address had been handed out to countless other providers. My nice clean email box is rapidly filling up with junk mail and I am going to change email again. I think this is a business of soliciting email addresses and selling them off to third party providers.

I'm really irritated with Pinterest. They had me pinning things I was never interested in and then would not cancel my account. I finally blocked them on Facebook. This was weeks ago and I just found a friend had found me still on Pinterest. Apparently once you give them your info you can't get out of it. No wonder they are growing so fast!

I agree that Pinterest should not be a porn site but they are so random about who they suspend. It is all based on who complains. Therefore someone who pins blatant porn gets away with it because no one complains but genuine art can get you suspended just because a few people want to complain.
