Have had several less than ideal experiences at this restaurant but this last one confirmed that I will never go back. In a nutshell, placed a takeout order for a salad, 6 hushpuppies and 6 wings. Had an entire conversation with the hostess who out in the order about the specific salad and to make sure it was blackened chicken. Picked up the order and the plastic bag was tied tightly (needed scissors opened it). Got home. Wrong salad. Zero chicken. And wing sauce covering everything inside the bag.

Called to let them know and the manager (confirmed it was a manager because I asked for one. It was Lauren) essentially told us nothing she could do once we remove the bag from the property. We should have checked it before we left. I told her it was tied so tightly we needed scissors to open it at home and she just said that was policy. Nothing she could do.

So we paid 50 bucks for a bag full of trash essentially. Never again.
