Although the website states that the returns policy is 30 days after shipping date, if you actually try to return an item it's actually 30 days after the ORDER date. I ordered a 1000-piece puzzle on December 12. Shipped December 23. Received December 31. Puzzle had 260 pieces.
Automated email from their Customer Service AND shipping label both say that the defective puzzle has until January 11 to get back to the vendor. That's 30 days after the order, not 30 days after shipping.
The community is nice! Not too overprotected. Great for all ages to use! I first used it when i was in 2nd grade. I'm 9.
