I had an extremely negative experience with this Counter-Strike 2 cheat provider. They took $115.20 from me, locked me out of the service without issuing a refund, and leaked personal private chats to the public and other customers.

The person I purchased from, using the username "pasla" on Discord (account ID: plaguecheatcc), is known on PayPal as "PRINSINTRAP." The company claims this individual is a third-party reseller with no affiliation, despite their admin previously acknowledging the possibility of a refund, albeit "extremely difficult." It is impossible that they cannot make the seller refund me, as they sell the same product under the same brand. This situation highlights their lack of customer protection and apparent greed.

I have contacted my card company and bank to attempt to recover the over $100 taken from me. Additionally, I will report this to ic3.gov for theft. The owners of Plague should be held accountable for the wrongful termination of paid services, misrepresentation of their product, significant FPS drops on computers, and incompatibility with certain operating systems and hardware.

Avoid this company at all costs.
