I ordered a glass piece and paid a little extra for faster shipping. It has now been 2 weeks since the expected delivery date and nothing has came despite sending multiple emails. The tracking code they gave me also no longer works. Do not order from here, they will steal your money.

I bought three of their PVHES stems for my Arizer Solo. On one, the screen became dislodged within a week and it would not reset properly in the stem. I called their customer service and got the impression this business is run out of someone's home, with kids crying in the background. The person I talked with was not in the least helpful in suggesting a solution nor offering a replacement. I wound up going on eBay and buying 25 of the screens for $6.75, as opposed to paying $12 for one of their stems. Very bush league!

Me and my friends tried to buy an item from planet vape. Shipping time was okay, but nobody was home at the time, so it got returned to sender (about 10 minutes drive away from shipping address). We recieved a notice from the shipping company saying returned to sender.
We call them multiple times only to get voicemail, contact them by email and get snarky comebacks. We paid $20 for expedited shipping, and they said we had to pay another $20 or get a refund minus shipping.
After arguing about the refund I said I would write a bad review and they threatened to SUE for slander HA! Terrible customer service representative wasn`t helpful AT ALL and seemed as if he was trying to make it a terrible buying experience. Finally received a refund minus the shipping costs.
