I have been with playerauctions for a few years now and always gotten great support. One time out of my roughly 30 transactions i purchased an account that i lost control of (the guy retrieved it or something) and PA's team got me my money back so i didnt get bit that hard! It's been awesome watching the website grow over the years and playerauction is the safest way to sell online goods.

Offers are nicely priced and I didn't need to pay any fees for the service (I believe they take it out of the seller). The platform is well designed and it's easy to find different offers with different prices.

Awful, although most of the basics of dealing with trading stuff is in the website, there is a lack of options when delivery inst successful which may leave the buyer or seller unsatisfied or without his good or money.

Happy to know months ago that its a legit service. Important thing to know though they ask for pics of you and your ID. I was fine with been a member for a year and I think they just want to know you granted permission to be charged. I ordered stuff for RS in case anyone wants to know.

Almost wanted to throw the towel but I purchased after-sale protection so I used it by principle. If nothing happens then that's it, but I actually got a refund and the seller admitted his mistake in getting me the account. I refused the replacement offered and Playerauction gave me a refund instead.

Despite multiple attempts to get this straightened out, they sided with the scammer. I had all the data to prove that they took the account back, but nothing. They stopped replying to my query and never fully explained why they sided with the scammer. Watch out for cpalkovic as well. I lost $400.00 to him

I bought a Fortnite character from a seller account called Chicks. The character we bought was suspended by Fortnite within 24 hours of us receiving it. Chicks refused to refund us or give us a replacement. We lost all of our money and my son was devastated. I will never use PlayerAuctions or Chicks again.

Item has a guarenteed 10 minute delivery time but you have to show them you your id your CC and your bank statement but it has been almost an hour i tried cancelling and using a different card but same issue and im back at square one with no response

I loved the added sense of security I got knowing that I wasn't taking a chance with some random gold seller that may or may not steal my credit card info. Well I finally got a response to say my account had been suspended due to having another account. Which the account there suggesting is mine is in fact my cousins who lives round corner from me. Best they can do is tell me to use that account. The account i have no access to because it don't belong to me. So not only have i made a purchase from them what's seems not to be getting sorted I've also to use a account what I can't get access to. It's beyond a joke. It's fraud at its finest. By looks of rest of reviews this crooked company needs shutting down. Junior*******. Why would someone called John have an account under samual94 surely that's common sense

Don't ever buy from a person known as "Chinanumba1" because he scams you of all your money + reclaims back accounts. He also will accuse you of being the crazy one and playerauctions doesn't care and will unfairly judge. I lost my account + money and playerauctions took his side. Never buy from this seller!

Nicely done. The only real issue is time because they took more than 2 days but the end result was worth it. It was packed not only with the stuff I asked but it came with many pleasant bonuses/ freebies.

Their customer support is 299% garbage. The fact that there is a PA rep replying to reviews on this website and trying to "resolve" the issues on here is proof their customer support doesn't work. You can probably search high, low, far, and wide on the internet and their $#*!ty customer support cannot be rivaled. When your transactions go smoothly it's a good website but, as soon as you run into a problem you're $#*!ed if you think you are getting any help from their "customer service".

Won't dispute and never got my money back for the order. Someone sold me a stolen account and did not provide all the info for it so when I asked for a refund player acutions found it in my favor and said that I would get a refund within 7 days but I never received one and it's been almost 2 months.
