I was a victim as a seller, scammed by the buyer, it was my first experience with the website, and for sure it is the last. The guy seemed nice and all, I was happy at first that I've given the game account into the good hands. To my suprise, when I was about to receive the money after 30 days of it being in the "reserve", the buyer opened a dispute on the last minute that this account was reclaimed and as a proof he took a screenshot from the game app in which he was logged in this suppose to be "reclaimed" account. I don't want to go into much details, usually you can bind you account to other social or email accounts, just in case you lose your device or uninstall the game app. Once game app is installed into your device it is up to you if you want to bind it to some other account. In this case the buyer didn't unbind the account on purpose, so he could use it as opportunity to open a dispute. At the time I was thinking, that this is absurd, I was trying to be nice, but unthincable happened and the PlayerAuctions sided with the buyer without providing any explanation. So yeah, case closed, I lost the money, I lost the account in which I put thousands of dollars and on top of that I ended with the penalty of -50$, so I went into debt. As crazy as that sounds, I was sure that this has to be some kind of mistake, so I opened a ticket with complain and this is the response I received: "PlayerAuctions assume you are aware of the risks of these transactions - sellers are generally expected to be able to resolve the issue their buyers raised on the dispute." I think you can already come the the conclusion that on this portal you're on your own and just like in the casino, if you are lucky, you might end up with a successful transaction, but if someone wants to scam you, he will do that without any problem and PlayerAuction will do nothing to protect you. Be Aware.

I am sincerely sorry for the experience you had. I checked this with our team and unfortunately, it seems the buyer was unassisted with the account loss. I understand that for you, the buyer still has access to the account by showing the proof you mentioned. However, our team also received newer evidence that points to the account as being reclaimed and that was the current status of the account. In situations like these, we require the seller to assist the buyer in recovering the account, and in doing so, we may cancel the dispute in favor of the seller.

So I bought an account off this site with no insurance. Seller reclaimed after I had left feedback. I wasn't eligible for a refund. Fair enough. I asked PA to let me change my feedback. They didn't even respond. So I decided to try again with insurance.
I bought the insurance for my next account. Again, after leaving feedback, seller reclaimed. I asked for a refund. I filled all the entire lengthy form that they require you to fill out. I waited days without response. I asked them what was going on. All they would tell me is it's in process. Waited longer. I asked again. No response. I ask again. I wait longer. Weeks later, they send me the same form I had already filled out weeks prior. I told them I had already filled it out. They didn't respond so I told them to go $#*! themselves.
This website is a scam. There is no accountability whatsoever. They take your money then play stupid when you get screwed over. The insurance doesn't do anything and the customer service is nonexistent. When you have a question all they do is give you a standard response like "it's in process." If you email them then they don't even respond at all. I've only had one problem at epicnpc.com, and they banned the scammer. I suggest going there instead. PA never even punished this guy.
If a PA rep responds to this review, I will post screenshots of the entire email log that shows their nonresponse and poor customer service.

I can guarantee you that their customer service will not respond to this review as he has multiple others, or he will lie and say that I never reported it. Bought fifa 21 account, seller put origin account under my email. It was working for 5 days until payment is released, then the login no longer works LOL. And guess what, the origin account is no longer on my email! I cant request password change and login just stopped working. I went through the dispute system, provided screenshot of login not working. All seller said was I verbally abused him, and Im lying for whatever reason they think im lying for. The guy in charge of the dispute ruled in favor of seller, with no explanation.
Seller on the day of the purchase:"Ok i provided the account details. Also I don't know for sure if that's the correct password, but you can change it because the account is now on your email."
5days later I request pw reset, no reset came to my email address. LOL
This is seller defense, without any proof

I had to buy insurance for this purchase because the seller has review calling scam. Check the review screenshot. That neymar 1.3M account is same one I bought LOL, they defrauded 2 people within 2 weeks with one account.
