I have purchased from them many times. HOWEVER, Lately they started asking for photos of my license. My card. My bank info. Which I even did that. Then after they "verified" my payment they suspended my account and never gave me what I paid for. Its now been 2 weeks since I made the purchase and still no refund. Every attempt I have made to them about my issues just gets blown off and I get told I need to send all my information again. Better run people they want that information for a reason beyond them saying it's to "protect from fraud". And I'm sure I'll get an automated response to this as well lol what a joke company.

I recently made a purchase through this company and had no issues at all with them. Make sure to check your email right after completion because they might have a few things they want you to send them to verify you as the buyer. Glad that they did that though, security is not something that should be taken for granted.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience. You may have seen an offer that states "Instant Delivery". This is true and after payment is completed, the -delivery- is instant. Payment processing is a separate process; we verify new payments only once. All my best experiences with buying and selling are here. It says specifically when you can expect money to reach you at all times. Customer support has never not solved any issues I had on site with other sellers or with technical issues. I think my only quip is needing a few more sites to sell for, but it's not a deal breaker.

I was a big seller on that site for years, but then near 3 years ago they changed policy and now they not allow users from Ukraine to sell or buy. Support says its because of some "government restrictions" but do not want to specify. I have a law degree and ability to find any legal information in any country, and appears they lied about it. Looks like Playerauctions just do not like Ukrainians in general, this is the only explanation everyone can conclude. Too bad, because this is not acceptable for any big company to threat any nation like that. Until Playerauctions do not change this policy i will publish this feedback everywhere, to let people aware of this gross injustice. Ticket was 3-9-1-6-2-7

there is no regulations or laws in USA that obliges PA to limit Ukraine. At the same time PA allow users from russia to buy and sell, supporting war criminals, terrorists, rapists and murderers indirectly - they receiving money from taxes of russian PA sellers. I am already in contact with other Ukrainians, we decided to open a public group lawsuit in USA and already found a lawyer in our name, who already in process of investigation of all legislation violations made by Playerauctions

You place an order, pay though an independent site (google pay, because who would enter actual credit card info into this site) and then they reach out to ask for a photo of your drivers license and a picture of you holding it. This is after your card has already been charged.
I placed two small orders without incident. Seem like when you increase the order to a specific amount thats when the scam kicks in. Ignore whatever bull$#*! response they post below this website is a scam

Most people are hesitant to provide credit card information through an unknown site. The only way I would place the order is through a 3rd party payment process like google pay. Why they would come back after payment is processed and ask for a photo of an ID as well as a photo of you holding it is beyond me. I'm also concerned that your site shows them at a 90%+ positive review rate even though the the review history is clearly much worse than that. 600+ 1 star reviews is horrible

Let me clarify that your payment has not "processed" yet, it's currently in charged/reserved status and this may be canceled by you anytime during this.

Terrible service I give over my details to the apparent most trusted on the site only to have to separate payments taken out once it takes me to a page asking me to enter an amount again which did not make sense to me.

Tried to purchase some currency for classic wow and immediately after, they took my money from my bank account and said "please contact your payment provider for a refund". For the most part, the company is solid. I recommend only buyers who have a solid rating from multiple people. Bought an account for league, and it got reclaimed. Bought to protection bc i had a feeling this would happen. PlayerAuctions doesn't do $#*! about it. They ask for evidence, and you can send in all the evidence you want. They don't do jack $#*! about it. Disputes just waste time. They don't help in any way, shape or form. After this whole messy process, they just banned my account.

Tried buying some in-game supplies from a seller but I was notified I need to provide personal ID before they would confirm my payment. This includes 4 steps, of showing real life photo ID, screenshot of banking app, photo of you with your ID and other extremely dangerous info to give out.
This was for a total of $43.
Last year I bought something on this same sight for $63 with zero need for this type of privacy breach.
Imaging having to do this for Walmart, Amazon, Target, eBay, etc. Absolutely ridiculous.

I'm very sorry if you didn't like this; buyers are always given the choice to send these or not. If they don't want to proceed, the order may be canceled anytime for a full refund. If you were charged twice, it means the Pay Now button was clicked twice or the page was refreshed. Kindly note that no merchant can't charge you without your authorization be it via a button or page submission. These will be automatically refunded back to you in full after a few days.
The reason we ask for these documents is to secure the payment process and avoid fraud. This aims to protect the payment account owner from fraud or unauthorized use. We function differently: we do not directly sell. Buyers on our site buy from sellers; users who are just like you. To protect their disbursements, to protect the site from fraud transactions, and again, to protect the payment account owner, we verify payments first — after that, the payment account is good to go without needing to verify again.

For a site that only does middleman work, they also do more like provide support after the deal is done and provide email assistance for recovering old purchased accounts. I had to request old data from a 2019 purchase and they provided it via email. It works again so thank you.

I had an issue with only getting a partial refund from PlayerAuctions after a deal fell through. The seller never had the account they were selling on the website and after a refund I was still out $60. It took awhile and lots of emails back and forth with PlayerAuctions to get a full refund but they've finally resolved my problem. I wont be using them again but I'm glad they at least worked with me to do what was right.

I've been waiting weeks for this $#*!ing bull$#*! support system to reply to me. I was buying something off of this website and they required me to send a picture of the credit card I used, my drivers license, and a picture of myself holding my drivers license. I sent it all, and they said it was "too blurry" too use. So I send another and they say it's still too blurry. Mind you i'm on a $#*!ing iphone 13 taking this picture in the clearest light. After the second set of images they just reply with vague responses like "Please follow the directions or there may be delays in your purchase" $#*! off. Never using this bull$#*! website again

Ngl first order I placed went through a lot of hassle getting them to approve my ID's. They eventually processed the order but it took an hour.
Second order is insane everything took less than 10 minutes. Tbf though both orders were legit so I guess it's a 5/5 in the end.
