I purchased a measly $14 on this site and I did not receive my items. I contacted support about this situation and they basically have not done a dam thing! Then it takes forever for them to even contact you. The seller on the site has basically been playing games with me and I can prove it! This is a scam sight stay the $#*! away unless you like giving your hard earned money away!

I opened an account with these people so that I could purchase a World of Warcraft account when I tried To make payment it was denied because I used my wife's credit card in my name as not on it.
I completely understood this so therefore I have my wife open app her own account and try it again.
Her account got locked because she tried using the same credit card as when I tried it and they will not unlock her account.
So that. I can make a purchase.
This is very bothersome and we've spent about an hour trying to figure it out. And these people will not listen to reason.you are not able to call that accustomed or service at all because they will not return a call I. Have already tried 3 different times since last night.
I would hardly recommend that you go to one of the other sites to purchase anything related to world warcraft or other.

I'm sorry, but orders with payments bearing a different name won't work due to anti-fraud, anti-theft policies on the site. I list my account for sale on playerauctions.
A buyer take my offer on 2021-03-31, and then raise a dispute on 2021-04-01.
They said something incorrect with the username or password.
I replied on the same day with video evidence that show all the supplied account information was correct.
After my reply, there's no reply back from buyer.
I contact the playerauctions customer service, they said it should take 3 days of waiting for other party to answer or the system will automatically mark the dispute as solved.
Then I've waited for 8 days, nothing happened. I email them again to ask, but even the customer service didn't reply anymore to my e-mail from this point.
Beware when using this website. They said they will fully support their user, but for the truth it is not.

Seller never even bothered with the dispute yet won anyway, sent them proof account was reclaimed as they sent me a password reset request, showed my denied recovery attempt, showed them pictures of me playing the account along with my username prior to losing the account, seller even changed the accounts rare name i put on it. Yet i was denied because now i need to show proof the creator recovered it? But the company cannot provide me with details like that per their rules. The only person who can successfully recover the account is one who has all the creation details. Which were not provided upon purchase, they could have asked the seller to recover the account for me as he has that ability with the creation details, im out $290 and the account i put 8 months of work into. Nice investigation! You guys are beyond words.

The layout of their website is very nice and easy to navigate. Easy to contact them should there be any issues and great team behind the business. Fast delivery by the seller. Did require me to send some proof of ID however support cleared my payment within 10 minutes of me providing the documents!

It seems some sellers can provide 10 or 20% more gold as a freebie but it really depends.
My first had an extra 20% but on the second one, though a different seller, there's no extra. No complains here, however - free is free so maybe next time.

Bought an account, everything seemed legit, after 3-4 weeks, password stopped working, and I could see it had been played on by someone else than me through a online stat tracking site.
I contacted support, was told by the chat guy to write an email, but as lots of other people state in their reviews nothing will happen from doing this anyways.

Terrible site filled with scammers. 2 orders 'closed' and they make it so it doesn't show up on Paypal or HSBC. I will get my money back from them some way but don't put yourself in a situation like mine, just use somewhere else.

Awful customer service, refused to cooperate with my sale. The support ticket manager was on a power trip and made things extremely difficult. I have never been treated in such a poor manner by any other rival sites. If you are forced to work with the agent, "Jewel", your results may be quite unsavory.

I'm sorry if you didn't like the process. I checked and our agent, Jewel, was not power tripping. She was merely explaining that we needed to have revised documents. As for canceling the order, we cannot do this on the customer's behalf on a normal basis — we have to ask customers to do it as it's an expression also of intent to actually cancel the order. We just want to customers to have control over their orders.
Since the order is now canceled, rest assured you will be automatically and fully refunded.

It has been 7 days now, customer support is very hard to reach and super slow to respond, I got one answer only.
Refund still didn't happen and no news froim their CS for the last 5 days.
