Got nervous at the beginning but thanks to the site's staff and the seller's replies I understood what was going on. Shortly after payment I also received the order. It pays to check the delivery times of sellers because this can be anywhere from 30 minutes to a full day. Partly my fault for ignoring that.
This website, and its staff, are liars and thieves. I have been a seller on the platform for 10 years and they are the most incompetent website Ive used. You are much better off going to eldorado.gg or g2g.com
After payment the rest were done completely by the site. It's so convenient and I love this.

For the most part, the company is solid. I recommend only buyers who have a solid rating from multiple people. Bought an account for league, and it got reclaimed. Bought to protection bc i had a feeling this would happen. PlayerAuctions doesn't do $#*! about it. They ask for evidence, and you can send in all the evidence you want. They don't do jack $#*! about it. Disputes just waste time. They don't help in any way, shape or form. After this whole messy process, they just banned my account.

Tried buying some in-game supplies from a seller but I was notified I need to provide personal ID before they would confirm my payment. This includes 4 steps, of showing real life photo ID, screenshot of banking app, photo of you with your ID and other extremely dangerous info to give out.
This was for a total of $43.
Last year I bought something on this same sight for $63 with zero need for this type of privacy breach.
Imaging having to do this for Walmart, Amazon, Target, eBay, etc. Absolutely ridiculous.

If you were charged twice, it means the Pay Now button was clicked twice or the page was refreshed. The reason we ask for these documents is to secure the payment process and avoid fraud. This aims to protect the payment account owner from fraud or unauthorized use. I've been waiting weeks for this $#*!ing bull$#*! support system to reply to me. I was buying something off of this website and they required me to send a picture of the credit card I used, my drivers license, and a picture of myself holding my drivers license. I sent it all, and they said it was "too blurry" too use. So I send another and they say it's still too blurry. Mind you i'm on a $#*!ing iphone 13 taking this picture in the clearest light. After the second set of images they just reply with vague responses like "Please follow the directions or there may be delays in your purchase" $#*! off. Never using this bull$#*! website again

I've used this site multiple times and had no issues, but as of recently I'm waiting for over 12 hours to have my order approved. I sent all the proper information as requested by them and have not received anything. I tried contacting customer support multiple times and have not gotten a single reply.

I opened an account with these people so that I could purchase a World of Warcraft account when I tried To make payment it was denied because I used my wife's credit card in my name as not on it.
I completely understood this so therefore I have my wife open app her own account and try it again.
Her account got locked because she tried using the same credit card as when I tried it and they will not unlock her account.

Then it takes forever for them to even contact you. The seller on the site has basically been playing games with me and I can prove it! I list my account for sale on playerauctions.
A buyer take my offer on 2021-03-31, and then raise a dispute on 2021-04-01.
They said something incorrect with the username or password.
I replied on the same day with video evidence that show all the supplied account information was correct.
After my reply, there's no reply back from buyer.
I contact the playerauctions customer service, they said it should take 3 days of waiting for other party to answer or the system will automatically mark the dispute as solved.
Then I've waited for 8 days, nothing happened. I email them again to ask, but even the customer service didn't reply anymore to my e-mail from this point.
Beware when using this website. They said they will fully support their user, but for the truth it is not.

Seller never even bothered with the dispute yet won anyway, sent them proof account was reclaimed as they sent me a password reset request, showed my denied recovery attempt, showed them pictures of me playing the account along with my username prior to losing the account, seller even changed the accounts rare name i put on it. Yet i was denied because now i need to show proof the creator recovered it? But the company cannot provide me with details like that per their rules. The only person who can successfully recover the account is one who has all the creation details. Which were not provided upon purchase, they could have asked the seller to recover the account for me as he has that ability with the creation details, im out $290 and the account i put 8 months of work into. Nice investigation! You guys are beyond words.

The layout of their website is very nice and easy to navigate. Easy to contact them should there be any issues and great team behind the business. Fast delivery by the seller. Did require me to send some proof of ID however support cleared my payment within 10 minutes of me providing the documents!

Never had any issues and communication was amazing. I do not mean this in a bad way but the seller was not a native english speaker but that was what made it awesome as his efforts were really impressive in asking me if I wanted to get it directly or via mail. I tried to buy an account from playerauctions. I paid via visa and tried to verify myself. They rejected everything and claimed I am fraud. When I am asking what went wrong I got everytime the same answer and preconfigured emails. I still don´t know what went wrong. So sad... Nevertheless merry christmas everybody

I had no problems. The verification can be overly strict but I'm still giving them a positive rate because the next order was much better completing in less than 30 minutes. Make sure to check the seller ratings carefully.

Bought an account, everything seemed legit, after 3-4 weeks, password stopped working, and I could see it had been played on by someone else than me through a online stat tracking site.
I contacted support, was told by the chat guy to write an email, but as lots of other people state in their reviews nothing will happen from doing this anyways.
