Got nervous at the beginning but thanks to the site's staff and the seller's replies I understood what was going on. Shortly after payment I also received the order. It pays to check the delivery times of sellers because this can be anywhere from 30 minutes to a full day. Partly my fault for ignoring that.

I was looking online to buy rs gold. Not a big deal online. 1st time using the website. Noticed that they dont allow paypal which was weird as paypal is the most secure payment method. Well decided to go with regular debit card. It charged me an pre authorization of 65 cents which its fine cause it was supposed to be made i understood. Then charged me 78.78 at the moment of contacting the seller he told me that i dont have an order. When i checked the status it was cancelled 1 min after the payment. Got in contact with support and all they said is to get in contact with my bank for a refund. No response after that 4 hours waiting also 3 hours after the payment it charged again 78.78 and 65 cents only that this time to a different commerce. Called bls i dont know about it but it was for the same amount. I hope this helps someone not to try using the website. Im reporting this website to all anti fraud places i will find. They will pay a lot for the 160 usd they took from me.

They will ask you for 100 pictures of yourself and your credit card and bank statement. Don't worry though, after sending it they will email you back 4 hours later saying they need more. Use G2G, it's more secure and 1000x faster. Playerauctions is a joke, I would give 0 stars if I could.

Had one successful account I bought a while back so I thought I would buy another two accounts. They straight up take your money but won't deliver accounts, excuses are given about them being sent to my emails but it has been over a day with no email sent. No support either on it.

The site is trustworthy and provides the necessary functions for you to be protected as a buyer. In case the order ends up being bogus, you have the chance to cancel and buy another offer. I know because I was already refunded. Somewhat annoying that the seller wasnt responsive but Im glad they came through for me.

If you're expecting to just complete a purchase and receive your goods get ready to be let down! You will find yourself waiting for hours and checking emails wondering. I tried for days just to buy 1 item and when I FINALLY, after jumping through hoops for days, completed the purchase, the goods never came through. Complete scam and slowest response times ever. I actually had 24 hour periods between responses on my purchases and my tickets in customer service were simply never responded to.
While selling can be difficult, this site helps me get rid of surplus accounts I have periodically and get good money for them.

I've used these guys many of times to buy and sell. Typically a great service. The moment you get into the dispute they drop you like a fly, hold the account in question and the cash. This company is a huge scam and doesn't care about it's customers. NEVER use these guys because those times you get into a dispute it isn't worth it. I'm currently in a dispute battle that has been going on for a MONTH without contact from PlayerAuctions on the matter. It should take a matter of a couple of business days to get a result according to their website. Every time I contact them (daily) they say I will be contacted by a member of the mediation team (which you cannot directly contact outside email) and I never have. Save you money! Save your time! Buy elsewhere.
Worst site full of scammers, take side of scammer because they already profited off your money so dont expect a refund or reply about your case for a few weeks. Even a support member messaged me through site jabber to attempt to help but fails to reply to messages when i have sent them, come to find out when i tried to log into the site i got banned for to many ticket and email messages i was sending about my case. This is when i disputed the purchase through papal and got my full refund back. Will never even visit this site for anything as they are all scammers and do not care about their clients even after they pushed their 6 dollar insurance (which is also a scam) even with insurance and more than enough picture proof they denied my refund and banned me from site. * word of advice for future clients. After providing picture proof and messages i shared with owner showing him asking for personal information to recover account and i get and update with saying, "we are unable to determine that the seller is responsible for the loss of access to your account". Highly dissatisfied and wont be buying from site again. Got scammed out of 100 buck and their insurance is a joke.
Bought insurance on a account i ordered through player auctions and two weeks later the seller reclaimed the account, i bought insurance specifically for this reason and player auctions advertised there insurance so well to protect myself from this happening but it has almost been a month and yet no response to my case besides all the picture proof i have already sent of my account being reclaimed as well as picture proof of messages with seller asking for info i set on the account to further access after he took full control of the account.
While I've had a decent experience purchasing accounts, I have been facing a lot of trouble getting a refund. The team seems to ignore my messages and I even tried to reach out to their support system but last received their reply on 9th June. While they say the refund has been done, they are not providing any proof apart from the transaction ID. It has been an unbearable experience and a daunting task to keep begging for the money you paid.

I have used this site for years... recently I tried to use it again but since i moved they blocked my payment because the addresses dont match... like we are not allowed to move? Then you send in all the verification stuff they ask and you get stuck waiting what seems like years for a response... so the hell with their site. They will never receive another penny from me... also they like to make you wait for your funds to return to you.

I'm sorry if there were any delays and for your decision to eventually delete your account with us. Rest assured that your transaction is already voided and you will be getting a full refund in 2-5 business days. They dont let you get your item before 6 hours. I waited 6 hours before i just contacted customer help and they corrected their system. Either its that long of a wait time, or people working on playerauctions are just really lazy / bad. Would not recommend.

I bought a CS: GO steam account for $180, including their 'insurance'. The owner reclaimed the account, however my dispute was immediately closed with no response from the seller. I contacted support and they told me that the decision was final and their was nothing that could be done. It is a blatant scam. If you are thinking about using their service, don't. Extremely dodgy.

Replies were a bit late and verification was a little too strict but thanks are still in order because they helped with an account I had back in 2016 when it came to recovering it, changing the number, then completing an order which I was really gunning for for quite some time now.

Everything being said about their customer service is absolutely true, their policies which are in place are to 'protect the buyers and sellers from scams' but in reality its to legally protect themselves while having nonchalant attitudes about their customers.

Their payment verification is worthless. One order my payment verifies and goes through fine but try to make any more purchases and they all failed. I was only able to make 4 successful purchases before I gave up on this site. Too secure if you ask me to the detriment of their consumers. I contacted their support all they could say was well that is just the way it is go make a bitcoin account. $#*! off.

This is a security and safeguarding process to 1) avoid your game account from potential banning, and 2) as a security process on our site to ensure purchases are being made as duplicates.

I paid top dollar for an account earlier this year which was usable for the three months until the paypal money back warranty falls off, at that time your account will be retaken and you will not be given a refund or an compensation no matter how closely you follow their rules or buy their insurance.

This website has very slow, crappy, third party operatives that don't know anything about what they're talking about, they point you in the total wrong direction of help. They say you will get an email from them, but you never do. Don't sell on this site. They scam you out a good portion of your money.

For a single purchase they require you to send in solo much info only to say it's not good enough. I retook their stupid pictures 8 times (whole set), and still told it's not good enough. I even used Gpay with my fingerprint to avoid the mess. After a whole day of back and forth between their verification office I decided it's definitely not worth the hassle. Just a warning for anyone who was thinking of using this site.

Yeah i honestly think none of their customer service speaks english, it really feels like they wait for your questions to be translated and still they dont answer your question. Ive been waiting about 3 weeks for them to pay me 60$, yes 60$ and they still cant get it to me its just excuse after excuse and the customer service leaves the chat before you(i thought leaving or hanging up before the customer was the biggest no in customer service)when they cant answer your question. Unless you like being frustrated and annoyed i would avoid this.

The staff team takes forever to reply to messages even when we paying a hefty fee for thier service, my account was suspended due to violation of posting discord, they told me to contact back and i did still no reply.
Bought an account that was reclaimed by the original owner and the owner still posted the same exact offer on their site i told the staff and seems like no one gives a $#*! about it.
Overall never recommending this site again.
