Got nervous at the beginning but thanks to the site's staff and the seller's replies I understood what was going on. Shortly after payment I also received the order. It pays to check the delivery times of sellers because this can be anywhere from 30 minutes to a full day. Partly my fault for ignoring that.

Bought a League of Legends account with insurance, was recovered by the seller or original owner 2 days later.
Spent weeks going back and forth between the arbitration team and the seller when all the evidence was presented in the first two emails. The arbitration did literally nothing except act as a messenger between buyer and seller. They did not arbitrate $#*!.
The live chat operators are not helpful at all. They literally do nothing, and will spend 20 minutes making you wait just to tell you useless $#*!.
This site does not honor their insurance policies.
If you buy from this site, make sure you do it by credit card so that if you're scammed, you can charge back.
Will not go near this site ever again.
I tried four different credit cards with four different portals, all went through as charges to my bank but were denied by their payment risk portal, I'm talking Visa, Amex, and Master Card. Support could only say to set up a cryto account and jump through a bunch of hoops. Wasted two hours trying to give these people my money.

I was able to check on your account, and the reason your orders were denied payment is because the price of the order is too high while several risk flags were found with the nature of the transaction. In order to protect buyers, we cancel and decline payments. BTC is still allowed because the payment structure is vastly different from credit cards. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and hassle; your refunds will be automatically processed. If you decide to purchase again, I'm afraid BTC payments are the only way to go.

Safest way to sell virtual goods. No questions asked. Who the $#*! cares if they have $#*! customer service, try paypal customer service, it's very comparable. All of you $#*!es whining about losing your accounts or dropping thousands on an account you are $#*!ing $#*!s. This site fights chargebacks for the sellers, something that i have never heard of before on the internet. They are existing to help keep virtual good trading alive.
$#*!ty $#*!ing site. I made an account and tried to sell a diablo 3 account. After a day I got contacted by two scammers. Reported both of them. In a mix-up they banned my account. As a new policy they also wanted 150 USD and 300 USD deposit from me. 450 USD for THEIR mistake. Now, after 5 days and 20 letters later - they are still saying the same $#*!. "Looking into it".

I have been waiting for an unreasonable amount of time for my purchase to be verified. The transaction has gone through my bank account, and the purchase hasn't been verified. It says 0-20 minutes, however, it's been hours. I will update my review once my purchase has been verified, and I have received what I've purchased. I got a reply from an agent on a different review website, and they said that they were going to look into my order, but hours have passed and nothing.

If you are there to buy accounts, it is no safer than ebay. It has happened to me 2 times now that an account was taken back after the transaction is complete and they wolnt do anything about it. Dont use this site and give them money.
I've been trading account and items on PA since november, 3 years ago and i had no problems whatsoever. Fast transactions, friendly staff, coupon giveaways. I dont know what more could you wish for. Every trade went smoothly with no delays.

Already sold 7 accounts and in what comes to security its excellent. But the fees they take from every sale are too high. If you sell an account for 100$ and use paypal as your patment method you ll end up with about 85$, in which 13$ are for the site. But probably a good price considering the professionalism
If you end up getting scammed this company will not help you and will always side with the other individual no matter how much evidence you send. I sent countless screenshots of proof that I no longer had the account I spent 300$ on where as the seller said nothing and somehow he won the case over me. Please be smart and stay far away from this company and actually do research. Especially when buying accounts. The original owners will always be able to take their account back and playerauction will do nothing about it. Even if you buy a year of protection. Terrible company. 0/10. Would never recommend. Will be contacting my bank.
Edit: the customer support is just as bad. You will be going back and forth constantly with automated messages. They won't look at your review and abuses the consumer protection laws. Contact your bank immediately for fraud. You give them the proof they need and they will find every excuse.

Purchased 2 mobile strike accounts yesterday, both sellers held up their end and I held up mine with payment... both are going on 16+ hours of PlayerAuction Inspections with NO response from their customer service with my ticket. This company boasts legit and flawless transfer but in reality it is like going to the DMV. Horrible!... i hope they hurry up and fix this... already i would rather suck start a shotgun than ever going through them again to purchase an account(s).

Playerauctions has the best security in trading accounts etc. Although for some like myself you can't even buy anything from the site because there is something wrong with their payment system, and the only option you have is to go sign up for GoCoin which is a complete waste of time lol. If paypal doesn't work, and entering your cards manually doesn't work either then why even bother... I'm just saying they need to fix the tech problems of the payment system.

Really fast and good site for buying accounts, this is like 3rd account im buying and all of those were sent to me really fast, but the first acc i bought had 46 skins instead of 117 so i contacted support and they didn't do anything about it, maybe ill get my money back.
These guys are the worst, i spent over 400 dollars over there, and never seen any of my merchandise, they seem to be pretty confused in terms of what they are actually doing, and my inbox was floded with email from their help desk requesting me and that, and pictures. Your payment was due for verification. You were not flooded, you were responded to by our agents. You received 2 verification emails because you placed 2 orders. The idea is to verify your payment account first and once you're able to do that, your other orders will be good to go since you will be using an already verified payment account. We had no confusion on the matter, we informed you that the documents we received were incorrect so we responded to you, then you never replied back.
The situation is falsely made to be terrible, but in actuality, you did not use the service — you canceled it and nothing untoward happened. You were asked once to verify per order, the succeeding replies were to help you with what to do. The buyer always has the choice to submit the documents or not.

I purchased a GTA V Online account from a player. It said you can change all account details to yourself and you'll have zero issues. Fast forward about two months and magically the account is changed back to the original owner. I of course changed the feedback on the seller to negative. After the seller promised he'd correct everything if I could alter the feedback I got in touch with playerauctions. They said there is literally nothing at all they can do to help. They can't let me change the feedback, they won't delete the feedback so I can write a new one. So in the end they continue to let a seller who they know is stealing accounts back continue to sell and do literally nothing to help the honest buyer who was screwed out of money. I cannot wrap my head around how this is the final solution to this problem. Sad.

First off, I'd like to note that the order was purchased without insurance --- with this, I'm very sorry but we cannot provide any refund if something happens to an order. However, our team will still provide support in mediation and communication.
As for the review, we allow only a maximum of (1) opportunity to change it. This is to keep our reviews as pristine as possible and to avoid it from being influenced by other users as much as possible. Case in point is your seller's message to you --- if what you claim is true, that he wants the negative review to be taken out first before he resolves this, then the review loses its point. The more optimal way of resolving this would be for us to have compelling evidence from you that incriminates the seller as the one responsible for reclaiming the account. In this regard, we cannot delete the review as a pretext for the seller to resolve the case for you. On the other hand, the screenshots we received were insufficient to narrow down on the seller, as the email change on the account could have been initiated by you or anyone else --- it doesn't strictly point to the seller.
Even without insurance, we have provided support on this order and since I don't want you to go empty handed, we messaged your seller again one last time to ask him to resolve this for you. If he replies, we'll be sure to email you about it (and you will know about it too since he should contact you if there are any resolutions).

Out of the nine reviews I can read on the seller that took the account back, four are negative and include something about "the account was taken back". But yah, it was me and not him who changed the email address. I stole my own account back that I purchased from him. He even said to me "the only way I can help you is if you edit the feedback you left me". Since your site and your employees won't help me, the buyer who got screwed over, but are literally doing nothing to the seller who clearly is not honest and not running an honest business selling accounts. The original account I purchased had Arturo as the account name, the photo I sent you showed the guy with the email starting with Arturo stole, 100% stole the account back from me, so clearly it's either the seller or the seller stole the account from Arturo then sold it to me. It's ok, there is a reason on site jabber there are 342 one star reviews of playerauctions. That right there tells the whole story. You have almost one third of all reviews as one star, that's insane. I see why now. I wish I would have seen this website prior to the purchase.

I have never in my life felt more scam vibes from a company. They allow you to pay with things like Apple Pay or PayPal then email you on your personal email, not the on web messaging to request ludicrous documents such as your photo ID with your address, an electric bill, your bank screenshot, your credit card photo and more. I've done some research and they seem legit, but they make it almost impossible to trust them with their super sketchy practices. My transaction never finished by the way. I wasn't about to send a picture of my bank account. Ridiculous.

So Im currently talking to my Military bank right now because I bought a account for 750 dollars. The guy one year later changes the information (mind you I have screenshots of him doing this) I go to dispute this with playerauctions and they side with the scammer and decide not to give my money back after I got screenshots and conversation of him saying and admitting that hes a reseller for his friends account and that his friend prob changed the account info. That he will be happy to get the info. At this point I just want my money back and I demand my money. What does player auctions do? They deny my refund. Guess what? I promise you the bank isnt gonna deny me once I put all the conversation and proof in a email and show them this fraud
