This site is so amazing, there are plenty of sites like PA, but no sites is better than this. WHY? I just purchased a fortnite account for about $230.00 and when I purchased it, I received an email saying payment has failed yet I was still billed and have received no account. I'd like a refund.

I tried to buy a product on the website and when processing my payment there was "an error" and the order was closed. This would be fine if I hadn't been charged but the money was still taken from my account and support has yet to reply to my ticket.

I made a purchase of over $53 and they asked me for verification through email. Eventually, I cancelled the order because I didn't want to go through the hassle of censoring all my ID and taking a picture, plus it would elongate the wait time to receive my order. When I checked my bank account to ensure no money was taken, they had taken my money and it was FOUR TIMES the actual amount of the order so I didn't receive the purchase and I was charged excessively.
Emailed customer support for a refund that they did not answer to and they still have have not given me any refund. Very poor customer service, huge scam, never buying here again. I DO NOT recommend.

I'm very sorry but the refund duration is not with us. I empathize with the situation but it's incorrect and unfair to put the refund delay on us since banks and cards need time to process the refund back to the card/account holder. This should be 7+ business days; by the time the money is sent back to you, the "scam" remark would no longer be absolutely true.
Multiple charges that happen may be due to clicking "Pay Now" more than once, opening parts of the website on a new tab, or simply just refreshing the payment page or reopening it again. PlayerAuctions cannot charge you more than once other than the amount of clicks initiated on the site — no online merchant can do this. It's how online payments have always worked.
I'm sorry for the hassle again; you will receive the money back soon.

At first when I say player auctions it was so tempting and amazing! So I was so exited to make such a good purchase and get my dream items that I have been ever longing for! So I signed up but there were a few problems so I made an extra account and then when I got logged in on my fourth attempt of getting in, I got in! So I went to make the purchase I wanted and it said account suspended when I pressed on it. I believe it was because I accidentally made 3 extra accounts that I have absolutely no idea how to get into to. So a year later I come back still longing to make that purchase. But since I forgot how to get back to the other account I made another new one completely different account and I get logged in. But when I do the exact same thing I get suspended. So please Player Auction, I suspend my supermanbennett3 account. And for everybody who is reading this try as hard as possible to not make a extra account.

Worst experience ever. I buy isk on the site then i have to do a payment verification. They want me to send in my banking info to them so they can see that it came from my bank... then that want to call me after that to get a voice confirmations. But they didn't have the right phone number. I try to change it on my account on there and now they want a gov ID and a picture of me holding it then the corner of the ID block the side of my cheek and they said none of your face can be blocked. What the hell is going on there. Banks don't have this much BS going on. Its been 13 hours and i still haven't got past the payment verification yet. You amount of BS this site put someone though is now worth the time or hassle. I would love to pay a lot more on other sites then have to deal with this stuff again. And the thing is i bought from this this site 4 times before and i still have to go though this!

Bunch of scammers, Stay away! Seller has the power to give or not give you a refund. I bought an account, they gave me an email with it, I couldnt change the account email for 3 months, it was in a process of email change. I thought it was ok. I didnt play much, and after some weeks exactly after the email was possible to change again, I tried to login and the account vanished of my email. I did nothing, opened a dispute and argued about account reclaimed. Player Auctions got in the side of the seller... Seller even said it was my fault I changed the email and account password lol... Bunch of SCAMMERS! To not say wooorse... I lost my money and the account. LoL Outrageous. Plus you will only be able to pay in crypto so guess what, no Paypal or Card protection. Simply Money LOST! They wont see a cent again from me. And I will make sure I leave my reviews all over the internet.

Customer service has been disgusting and appalling I have been dealing with them for 5 hours now. Ive taken at least 13 selfies and sent them 4, They are asking me to uncover a peice of my I'd which I explained is key info on of my I'd after sending it 3 to four times for them to see. I do not trust and want a manager as I've asked and requested multiple times. However most recent I've been making an investment into an account and I utilized paypal cash balance through google play. I've never had to use I'd and selfies to verify a cash balance before. I can not express how ridiculous and rude of this website-PlayerAuction, which made me so angry. I am a new buyer want to buy a dota2 account from their site. After 5 mins i made my payment to them, they suddenly locked my account with no reason, i can not check my transaction status and finish the transaction. I tried to contact their customer service by email(i sent to them more than 6 times both to their support team and risk management team) but 0 answer from them. I have been online shopping for more than 15 years, this is the worst website i have experienced, they treat me like a idiot, charged me and block me from my account, if they still not reply to me and recover my account, i will take legal action to protect my benefits.

I placed a simple order for some in-game credits for a game that I didn't feel like grinding. The "verification" team emailed me asking for a copy of my ID, a "selfie" with my ID, a picture of my credit card and a picture of my credit card statement. This is absolutely outrageous, I can buy a Tesla with less verification. Buyer beware. Playerauctions advertised a 20 minute wait time for the credits, and then they made me go back and forth for hours trying to "verify" my identity in the most egregious way possible. Smells like identity theft to me.
