Hello Alex,
We need the IDs to verify your identity and ownership of the payment account being used. We specifically mentioned in our instructions that we need clear documents but the documents you sent were incredibly blurry and the details can't be seen/read. When we asked for revised documents, you didn't want to send them so we offered Coinbase as an alternative payment. You then accused us of being a fake service. We have also been responding to you in a timely manner on your ticket.

EDIT to add: following the response to this post from PlayerAuctions, I can confirm that this site is designed to set buyers up to be scammed by 'verified sellers'. The site provides an option for insurance but the second that insurance expires there is nothing stopping these thieves from taking the account back. PlayerAuctions will not refund or follow up with the seller because this ínsurance' has expired. I have lost $250AUD on the purchased account & a further $400AUD on in game purchases. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!
I Purchased an osrs account and within one month the account was hacked back by the seller. Player Auctions have only replied to my complaints with automated messages asking for further proof that I cannot supply as i have lost all control over the account. I have sent through screenshots of everything I possibly can and have not gotten anywhere. I DO NOT recommend using this service. Even with paid protection there is nothing stopping these scamming sellers from taking the accounts back and reselling it to the next idiot. Only rating one star as I can't rate zero.

I'm sorry to hear about what happened with your order. I'm afraid we won't be able to issue you a replacement or refund for this since the order was paid without insurance. The system provided you free insurance for this order which has already expired — after that, we can no loinger cover for the purchase. Your payment was indeed protected as you were able to get the account from the seller, but it's the insurance that covers you after you're able to get the account.
We provide 72 hours to buyers to fully secure the account by asking the seller for the recovery information. We also have offers on accounts that do not have any emails attached, so buyers can easily change the emails and sellers won't have the ability to reclaim the account since the new email attached will be treated as the only email.

I wanted to purchase gold for a friend but I guess that wont be happening. After getting everything set all I had to do was verify m phone number. I USED 4 numbers until I found one that worked because apparently Verizon numbers can't work?! I know stupid right. The customer service representative just told me "try new number, try new number blah blah blah." After all the numbers I tried to get a verification pin I exceed the maximum amount of time I could enter a number and so the site wouldn't let me enter anymore numbers and to talk to customer service. THIS IS WHERE THEY LACK GREATLY! I talked to the first representative who basically told me to wait 24 hours to try and enter my number in again. I waited 3 days to make sure, then it still wouldn't work, so I contacted another representative who said the exact same thing, "Please wait 24 hours to try again." and that person rudely hung up on me. Third rep up and I was getting pretty mad, she told me too email the 'trust' operators and so I did I sent them 5 emails 1 every 2 days and still no response after 2 weeks... I call the representative again and he said that they usually respond in 1-2 days. I AM CALLING your BS COREY! <----- The stupid A** representative who directed me to all his other stupid idiotic colleagues. He then basically said he would move me too the top of the list and have them help me out. Guess what 1 week later still no response from their nonexistent 'trust' email account. I bet they only tell people to email them so they don't have to deal with their customer complaints. I've never had customer service this horrible ever in my life. PlayerAuction is only good if you don't have to deal with their customer service. I'd say it's 50/50 either you have a great experience or you find out what idiots really run that place. If I could I would give the site/company no stars.
