Got nervous at the beginning but thanks to the site's staff and the seller's replies I understood what was going on. Shortly after payment I also received the order. It pays to check the delivery times of sellers because this can be anywhere from 30 minutes to a full day. Partly my fault for ignoring that.
This website, and its staff, are liars and thieves. I have been a seller on the platform for 10 years and they are the most incompetent website Ive used. You are much better off going to eldorado.gg or g2g.com

Had to resend my documents twice when they were verifying me. We also went beyond the 20 minute mark though I understand this isn't strictly something set in stone.
Despite that the order was correctly given, the charges were just right and I was able to confirm the order. Good service, just be prepared to spend a few more minutes.

Almost wanted to throw the towel but I purchased after-sale protection so I used it by principle. If nothing happens then that's it, but I actually got a refund and the seller admitted his mistake in getting me the account. I refused the replacement offered and Playerauction gave me a refund instead.

I bought a league account from an absolute $#*!, at first when i bought the account, everything was welll until i noticed i wasn't able to change the phone number on the account( with the phone number you can easily claim the account back even after changing the email and password). The guy tells me that the number on the account was an old number that he changed three years ago and told me not to worry about. One month later after i completed a game i get a noti saying i logged into a different device. I contacted the seller and told him that he logged me out the account and he has not responded me. When i filed a dispute the only thing he asked me was what is the account name and never responded to me after that. I have bought an ultimate skin on the account as well as a epic skin totaling to about $50. Plus my debit card information is on the account. He has denied to refund me my money and im in escalation right now and i doubt it will be in my favour because i see stories about how playerauctions will always defend their sellers. So as of now he took the account with 7 skins added to the 421 as well as my debit card. Guy is absolute scum

I originally wanted to trade with my seller normally to get the gold, but they insisted we do not talk ingame and to ask me to sell something via the auction for a high price which he will then buy from me (to get me the gold).
