The site was prompt but it took a lot to get my ability to buy set up, first of all my previous account which was from the early days of the site would not work, had to make a second account. Then the payment verification system required a trip that cost $15 to verify a charge amount effectively making my $10 into a $25 purchase. I hope this is only a 1 time thing or I will be unable to use the site in the future.

Helped me get everything setup and provided answers to some payment questions. Replies can differ though, first time it took half a day but succeeding questions took minutes. Maybe a tip ask questions first before you order if your not sure.

This site is amazing, fast delivery with "instant delivery" feature. Its so difficult to sell my item to different country cause the time difference. Buy with instant delivery i can relax while someone buying my account. But there is some bug like when i want to create an offer, a fill all the detail and when i'm done, click create, it all blank and i have to refill all the detail again. Its lil bit annoying. Hope PA can fix the bug^_^

One thing to know is, this website is middleman service to purchase/sell accounts, gold, items and etc. Some sellers have different times to deliver their product. I have only purchased gold four times so far, three of the transactions, it was perfect but one order the seller was delayed. It will vary depending on each seller, overall a very good site with verification with the buyer which could be a pain but good.
If ordering for the first time plan on taking time to do so. If your in a hurry, wait till you have time before starting out.
First they want to verify your account by sending you a PIN via phone. Tried to have them text to my cell 2 times, received nothing, then I had them try calling my cell with an automatic message of my PIN, received nothing. Started up a live chat, the cust service person was clueless and actually 3 sentences in asked if there was anything else they could help me with... when they still had not fixed my original problem! Finally they had someone physically call me and give me my PIN (they were nice and courteous).
When using a CC for the first time with them you will have to verify a pre-authorization charge, it will be less than $1. Once you input that amount you then have to redo your CC information one more time... then your good to go.
The extra security step are nice to have in my opinion.
I have used PA for many many years. I see mixed reviews here because I have to say you do get some mixed results, but overall it is the best option out there. I see complaints about buyer scams. PA offers insurance and does pay if it happens. I suggest using paypal for all transactions so you get 90 days. The catch is that it is a payment to PA. I filed a complaint with paypal once since PA was not responding. They responded instantly by locking my PA account lol, BUT once I had there attention and removed my PayPal complaint, they fixed the problem. So, in conclusion, are they perfect, no, but out of all the various sites like this they are the best I have found. Buyer beware, don't buy from people with no ratings or new accounts etc. I would give them 4.5 stars if it was an option
I have ordered off of this site 20 times not and every single other time they make you verify your proof of identity. I dont know why i am so stupid to keep going back here just because im saving 4 dollars as it always takes days to receive the order i make. They tell you how to verify your identity but every time you send them the info they want they always say its not good enough and always just keep running you in a loop. They have horrible customer service and i promise you... you do not want to buy from this site.

They take your money and them fade away as nobody has ever replied any of my emails or anything. 0 Customer support, 0 explanation on why is my payment taking so long to get approved, even though the money is already transferred to them. Don't recommend, I feel Scammed without any replies from them.

Buyer/seller beware. Was selling my account on their site. Buyer disputed the account after receiving it. Then Player Auctions refunded buyer and my account was lost. They buyer changed the information and now has gotten away with the scam. Don't use this site if you want to sell your account. Only if you want to get a free one. Absolutely terrible experience.

Your buyer was refunded on this order because he was able to prove that you scammed him. You probably won't admit that, but that was the result of our findings based on evidence. The account was lost because you could not recover it; recovery should be possible if you have the recovery information for it, and you should have the recovery information if you are the first owner. This means you aren't, and the account shouldn't be sold on the site in the first place. If something happens to the account, buyers can raise a dispute and sellers should assist them by recovering the account. I'm afraid this is all we have to say.

Dont trust buying from this place. They ask you to give them a picture of your credit card and claim for verify purposes. After canceling your order it will take a week to get your money back as they charge your card before the fact. Never again…

The verification process is our standard anti-fraud security measure. Especially in your case, our system logged 2 different real names on the account so we had to verify you. The order was canceled by you, not us - just to clarify. On your ticket, you asked where's your refund, to which our agent already replied:
"Thank you for your email regarding refund time. Refunds are typically processed within 1-2 business days; however, in rare cases it can take up to 5 business days for your account to receive the funds."
As for the charge, this amount of money is only put on reserved status and is not received by merchants yet (in this case, us, PlayerAuctions). We can only receive the money if the purchase was authorized and only after 7+ business days. We are not the ones who will refund you but your payment processor, since they need to reverse the funds and authorize it back to your account.
You do not have to "fight back" for your money. Refunds are automatically done by banks and payment processors.

If these individuals are actually attempting to verify information, they are going so far above and beyond, it's just too much. I was leery even considering sending them a screenshot verifying the transaction. Then they asked for a photo of my credit card. That's just going way too far. Considering all the information I've provided matches in order for the charge to go through, and I provided a screenshot verifying the purchase. It is simply too much. This just represents a significant hassle, and frankly I doubt the legitimacy of this organization. I think it is far more likely that they are attempting to defraud individuals than they are to provide a service. Please do business with someone, anyone else.
(Lukes fiancé here using his account) I came on here just to say how awful this site is. The seller is very kind and very helpful and agrees that everything happening is bs. My fiancé purchased something on the site using our combined account that has my name on the top was denied despite doing all the verification steps PERFECTLY. I'm now creating my own account and verifying it myself and hopefully that's enough but by the sound of Perry's replies he's just going to cancel it and not respond to anything else. A special note to perry, please find a new profession you are horrible at your job and it's no wonder the reviews complaining about the process are plentiful it's awful! It's even worse than PayPal verification.

I would like to explain why this happened but this is not meant to discount nor disregard your experience, we acknowledge that you've had difficulties and for that, we are sorry.
The previous payment would have not really worked because the aim of this verification is to establish the person and his/her ownership of the payment account being used, but we can only find out during verification so Perry still continued to ask for the documents. So if there are 2 names/persons involved with a payment, our system/staff construes it as unauthorized payment use. We've had cases where payments had to be prematurely canceled due to retractions made by parents who've had kids using their cards without their permission, or partners for the same reason. This is despite the fact that the person's identity in the documents we receive is the payment account holder; the fact that it's different from the PlayerAuctions account holder is still an ambiguous fact regardless if the PA account holder was somehow able to get the payment account holder's pictures and documents.
When this happens, sellers who truthfully deliver have their payment aborted.
I'm afraid there just wasn't enough time to explain all of these as to why the process is happening. Again, I'm very sorry.

I sold my WOT account on Player auctions on May 1 for 80 USD and disbursement was set for 14 days due to Free insurance... 14 Days seller availed. But until now i haven't received my money. And support team says wait for another 3-14 business days until its processed. Well after reading all reviews i'm thinking it's a good site for buyers, not for sellers. All negative reviews are from sellers, i think player auctions don't pay the money to seller's. They just keep all the money for itself. I think it's a fake and scam SITE.

You are correct that with offering free insurance to your order, the disbursement will be delayed for however long you provided free insurance plus up to 3 business days.
When I checked the Order ID you provided, and it appears that our finance team attempted to disburse your payment on May 18th, however got an error from the payment gateway.
