Got nervous at the beginning but thanks to the site's staff and the seller's replies I understood what was going on. Shortly after payment I also received the order. It pays to check the delivery times of sellers because this can be anywhere from 30 minutes to a full day. Partly my fault for ignoring that.
This website, and its staff, are liars and thieves. I have been a seller on the platform for 10 years and they are the most incompetent website Ive used. You are much better off going to eldorado.gg or g2g.com

Had my hesitations from a lot of the flak you'll find on the net regarding PA. Mostly account related stuff and not much in the field of currency sales. My experience was for just currency; dealt with a player and all went well.
On paper, it sounds simple. They hold on to your money, make sure you get your order and release it to the seller only if things proceed as described.
However, by execution, it's actually a godsend. They intermediate to make sure the process is secure and if, god forbid, the seller runs away, they have your back.
Pretty good and I will use the site again. Count on that.

First off, I just want to say I am not too sure how I feel about the site. I ordered a CD key for a game today, they took my money and then immediately declined it. Soo I have no cd key, and you took my money. Secondly when trying to find a way to contact or dispute something turned out to be a nightmare.

One of the worst sites I've ever used. Tried to buy an account for my son. 2 accounts to be more accurate. The first "guaranteed" 2 hour delivery. After waiting 15 hours! I asked for a full refund. Then tried to purchase another one and it "guaranteed" a 24 hour delivery. It was around 48 hours after and with no info being told to me they banned my account.

I can understand your frustration as it seems you may be a first time buyer. We operate as a consumer to consumer trading marketplace and help to secure transactions between buyers and sellers. The "delivery guarantee" time is actually a time which is determined by each individual seller. If delivery was not made within the 2 hour delivery guarantee time, then you would have been able to cancel the order with no penalty.

I have had 81 successful purchases up till today I made a purchase and of course they make me go through verifying myself I send them countless screenshots of banking info and they keep telling me its to pixelated send it in higher definition, I'm on a ******* build kit computer on 3 monitors so I unplug all but 1 because they only take screenshots and they keep saying its to pixelated, if they can't $#*!ing review screenshots properly then how can they handle your money, also they double charged me for one order and now I have to wait till they decide to refund it. I'm sorry you had to eventually cancel the order and request deletion of your account. We maintain this process of asking customers for clear copies of their scanned documents because pixelation on the files could mean they were manipulated through programs. This, of course, may not have been your direct intent, but to keep things consistent across the board, we enact the policy on each and every verification process we do. It's a one-time process and once it's done, there shouldn't be any need to do it again.
Your refund on any or all canceled orders will be processed automatically.

Other than their Customer Service, it's a great site.
The online virtual goods marketplace is full of scams and misinformation. I've tried lots of them before but Playerauctions.com is the only place I feel confident that I will receive what I pay for in a timely fashion as well as securely. I only use PA for my virtual goods needs now and I see they are expanding into the tangible goods market now. Good for them. I can't recommend them highly enough.
The accounts I bought got locked totaling over a $400 lose. Provided a lot of proof and they keep saying that they aren't responsible for refunds. I bought the after sale insurance. That doesn't matter to them. Don't use this company. I did what player action said and tried to see if the owner of the clash of clan account had recovered it. And it got my device banned for 31 days.
The account it self even state that if the seller isn't able to help recover the account they would issue a refund. Clearly that also means nothing.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, they will side with the seller ever time.

Incompetent, unprofessional and inexperienced time wasters support literally been waiting for 8 days for my little problem to not even be solved 4 days of telling me my id was blurry and needed to take other selfies (the selfie was completely readable) I feel like they are ignoring me and trying to gain some time on me I literally don't recommend any seller to start selling on this platform! I had two orders on the site, first for an account and second for some gold on it. I used two sellers. Its a bit of a shame the first one ran out on gold but the other one I found wasnt so bad to deal with. Both orders turned out great abd the verify portion needed to be done only once (if you get asked just insist you finished it already and make sure you use the same card on the next). I would prefer to give them a negative 5 star but that is not an option. I have spent 8 days trying to finish processing a transaction with them. I have used Player Auction since 2008 but they have changed. They asked for specific documentation which I provided on six different days but it was never to their liking. They want no scanned documents only pictures. No pictures from cell phone only from your desktop computer. Too much white in the back ground of the image. So I crop out the white and then they say no cropped images. Then they want higher pixilations. Sadly I will no longer be using them. I have cancelled my transaction and am very disappointed with their customer service. There needs to be a phone number and Chat options rather than back and forth through email. All they do is send the same repetitive responses back to me rather than resolving the issues they are causing.

I was able to check on your ticket and the reason for the requests is as follow:
- We need payment receipts to be in screenshot form and in not in camera picture form because these are directly taken from a website
- We need pictures to be in high resolution and in clear copies because we need to see the details written in ID pictures clearly
- We have this in place because we need to eliminate any instances of photo manipulation in order to make documents as legitimate and as valid as possible
As for the cropping, this depends and in your case, your picture and the ID essentially needs to be still in full view. Cropping is ok as long as these requirements are still followed. In some instances, very much related to your case, the pictures can look too bright and we couldn't make out the details in the pic. I'm sorry and I hope this explains it.

No customer service and what support you do receive is horrible. If you plan on making a purchase be prepared for the hassle. Creating an account is easy, no problems. However once you have an account and go to make a purchase be prepared to be banned/suspended. They don't even tell you why it was banned or suspended, telling you to create a support ticket. Filled out a support ticket which has just sat with no response. Extremely frustrating as they ban/suspend your account after your money has been taken.

No matter how many times I think that buying an account from this site will work, I always get scammed. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charges and have never lost with this site, because they are not a trusted seller. I would not recommend using it.

I would really recommend this site! They're professional at what they are doing. And the customer support? It's awesome! Fast replies and extremely understandable. Although you should be careful who are you buying from. Only buy from good reputable sellers since it is a trading site and you can get scammed - to blame this at the company isn't really a good reason since I saw a lot of bad reviews that had this as the main reason for giving a low rating. Other than that, amazing site!

Five months after my purchase the account was taken back by the OO. I know this happens and yup not happy but i paid for insurance. Unfortunately these guys will renege on your claim, they want proof and the way the account was pulled back no proof was possible. After i showed them the exact account using a varied name from the original purchase they still would not honor there insurance. So with in a day of filing a claim they denied it. When i fought back they canceled my account. Most dishonest group stay clear.
My order went without a hitch 100% my only grip is that they don't have Payoneer which ive been using for years but i got to verify my card with them which is apparently only a 1-time process. The seller and delivery work was amazing and I was told Id get a discount on a 2nd trip which I'l most likely take we"ll see.:>

I bought a world of tanks account from them, then bought a boosting service to farm credits for me and unlock tank trees.
The account purchase was fine, the boosting service was not, they got my account banned.
I reach out to the booster saying that the account has been banned "we will replace it with an account"... the account offered was no where near the value of the account bought.
So I contact the website support and ask for my money back + damages.
They say we will get back to you.
A week later, no response, they removed all evidence of the messages between me and the booster seller and said they had no record of such a transaction.

I have been busy and it had been a while since i had played EQ. I found my account had been hacked and wasted so i had to start anew. Not really having time to raise plat i went to PlayerAuctions, like i often used to, and made a purchase and they didn't let me down. Often businesses get worse over time but the experience was has good has it ever has been, at no point in time did i feel uncertain that i was going to lose my money, in fact, it was done before i could finish a cup of coffee. Thanks much for helping get back on my game feet quickly!
Found the account ive always wanted, with some caveats. One its not the character race i wanted and two the name is slightly annoying lol but for what its worth the deal closd nicely. Seller was nice and price was cheap. More importantly i can play the game at peak level and raid anytime i want. Good way to get ahead pass the competition!
