Got nervous at the beginning but thanks to the site's staff and the seller's replies I understood what was going on. Shortly after payment I also received the order. It pays to check the delivery times of sellers because this can be anywhere from 30 minutes to a full day. Partly my fault for ignoring that.
This website, and its staff, are liars and thieves. I have been a seller on the platform for 10 years and they are the most incompetent website Ive used. You are much better off going to eldorado.gg or g2g.com
Bells can be hard to find on the net, moreso any trusted seller that won't run away with your money so I'm glad they have a few offers for it. It's understandably few but the important thing is that they have stocks that are ready to go when you need it.
Big thanks to there staff name Ron who handled my ticket and order. Was waiting for a refund, had to go several discussions until Ron sorten it out like a champ
Thank you very much for this, Harry, we'll make sure we extend your kind review to our staff. Much appreciated on this.
Buying accounts is always very sketchy, and I had been looking for sites where I could buy an account without fear of being scammed. This website is set up in such a good way, you can see how trustworthy the sellers are, and if you still aren't sure, you can buy a 1 year insurance for a small price, overall the safety is very refreshing.
Tip for consumers:
Be very wary of scammers on this site, the insurance is a very good option

Hi Waseem,
Thank you for the very kind review and sentiments; we're also grateful for the pro-tip you've shared.
Hope you enjoy your new Clash account!

Their verification process can really be strict and some sellers are outright unfriendly but it does what it promises to do.
Some things you need to know: they ask for IDs if you use cards. Not all sellers have good service (they do not sell. Instead they allow buyers and sellers to deal on the site) and deliveries still need you to talk to the seller for some time.
If your ok with all of that than the site is for you.
Thank you so much for the detailed and fair feedback, Haze. I'm sorry if you had issues with the process but I'm also glad that you were able to complete it smoothly.
Well in general. The site is easy to use, and easy to navigate. Everything is easy, when it comes to placing orders and finding things.
I have no real complaints, overall they are very good at what they do. The only reason why i wouldn't give them 5 stars, is because of 1 thing.
1. Registration, would at times reset or bug slightly out, and would give me random errors, when verifying.
After verification my order completed in less than 3 minutes. Verification was about 20+. Super quick system and I will definitely order again (I was told the next order won't need me to verify again so that's a relief).
Thanks a lot for sharing the positive experience you had, Jiro. And yes, verification is only done once unless there are changes with your account. Thanks again!
Thanks to the fine folks managing the site and the upstanding seller I got in touch with goldpl. The service was outstanding. Speed could use some bump but overall the whole thing wrapped up rather nicely.
Thank you very much, I'm happy to hear about the smooth experience you had, Trevor.
The site connected me to a good seller and after an inspection process with the payment, I got the goods safely and smoothly.
Thank you very much for the thoughtful review, Ted.
I've bought multiple accounts on player auctions without any problems. But recently i tried buying an account and the order was canceled but my money was taken and never refunded. And it sucks they have no customer service or any type of help service. I cant make contact to anyone because i cant dispute.

Hello Levi,

I sincerely apologize that you weren't able to get any sort of response, but if you continue to have problems, please use the Q&A form of SiteJabber so I can assist you.

Playerauctions have are great. They provide a safe environment to purchase in-game goods with no doubt of receiving those goods. In the past I've purchased online goods only to never hear back, but player-auctions changed that! Always am provided with the goods purchased. 100% recommend
Thank you so much, Bekir!
Overall a positive buying experience. Website is easy to navigate, made gold buying a breeze.
Messaging system could be "enhanced" as it can be difficult to send quick messages to sellers about in stock gold and deliver times / availability.
Buying with safety and security is number 1 on my list of things when it comes to buying stuff online and with there player guardian service I never felt scared of not getting the product I ordered and losing my money. Would recommend to others.
I was attempting to purchase an account and after filling my form of payment the page refreshed i check my bank account and i was charged but when i goto the my order it says pending payment as if i never proceeded to check out so i get charged for filling form of payment and get charged again for actually paying for the account or whatever it is you are buying after cancelling i was refunded 1 out of the 2 charges
Hello, Jashua,
Refunds for declined/canceled payments are automatic, but I have now asked our staff to check on this. Please contact your payment provider as well, it's possible for the funds to be stuck at their end and you have to let them know that the payment was already canceled so they can return the funds back to you.
The void transaction ID for this is: 176375
Sorry for the inconvenience you had with this.
Best,
Richard
The first time buying I used my google pay. Playerauctions wanted way too much personal information from me the buyer. They say it is for security. To me it was an invasion of privacy and a great way for me to end up being the victim of identity theft. The second time through I used a CC and it went through in a matter of minutes. The seller responded very quickly.
Game stuff trading - Something that when we hear, we imagine scams, frauds, loss. PlayerAuctions changed the definition of it! In regards of other Game-trading sites, PlayerAuctions holds the best image in my eyes. I agree with some sellers that service charge is a bit high but it is worth saving folks from scams. Even when I find someone to trade off the site, I ask him to make a offer on PlayerAuctions and then, let's get the thing rolling.
Salute to PlayerGuardian technology of PlayerAuctions!
I bought an electronic item yesterday on this site. When i tried to process the payment the site said that there had been an error. But when i was redirected back to the profile, there had been a ticket created saying that i had competed the purchase and the money was taken off of my cash app account. I then click to view the purchase, there is a button that says press pay now to continue purchase. I am not going to pay for one item twice, but the money i paid was taken out of my account and the service was only supposed to take 24 hours i messaged the services provider and got no answer. I would still like my item but this my first time using this site and my first experience was not very good. Is my item paid for or is it not?
Hi Jamar,
Thanks a lot for posting your concern so we can be of help. The order's payment was not received by our system yet which is why it displayed the "Pay Now" screen, but when this happens, you no longer need to click "Pay Now" and just wait for a few minutes for the order payment to be accepted. Once it does, when you refresh the page, the "Pay Now" button will be gone indicating that the payment is already captured. Since you've canceled the order already, you will be fully and automatically refunded on this in 2-5 business days (if not instantly).
Truly sorry for the confusion and inconvenience this has caused, Jamar. If you need further help, please use SiteJabber's Q&A form so I can help you.
Best regards,
Richard
My order (*******) has been pending player auctions inspection for over 2 days. Payment was taken out 15 minutes after I bought the account and I still don't have the account information. I've sent 2 different emails and both have been ignored.
* PlayerAuctions attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
Hi there, Brandon,
I'm very sorry for how long the inspection phase has taken. We have now escalated this to the respective department for resolution. Please allow us some time to sort things out from our end; Once I get word on any updates, I will let you know here.
Thanks for being extremely patient with your order, Brandon.
Best regards,
Richard
You can trust the site as a seller. I've never ran into a situation where I didn't get the money after I transferred the item I was selling (I've never sold an account on here). However, I've had to pay fees multiples times to get my account unlocked whenever I "fail to deliver in time." The burden of proof to determine whether or not it was the buyers fault falls on me. Even when it is the buyer's fault, I have still had to pay player auctions fees. They claim that the fees are intended to provide incentive to be a better seller and deliver in the time frame provided. However, I think if that were truly the case and they wanted buyers to go to them as the number one site where they would be guaranteed the delivery time stated on seller's offers then they would not pocket the money and instead give those fees to the buyer. I have verified that the buyers DO NOT get the fee I pay as a seller to unlock my account.
Hello, Jonathan,
Thank you for letting us know about your issue.
We always allow either party, as seller or as a buyer, to confirm his/her side of the deal. This means you won't have to wait for your buyer to confirm before you can confirm on the order. If you confirm first on the platform, the delivery guarantee expiration does not happen, and the only issue that may arise from this is if your buyer disputes your confirmation and tells us he/she was not able to receive the order—this shouldn't be a problem if you were able to deliver the order successfully. I highly recommend you click on the confirm button on the order page once you're able to deliver.
As for fees, buyers are also liable but in a different way. If they cancel the order before the delivery guarantee expires, the refund they get is deducted by the penalty fee for canceling an order. Inasmuch as the same way sellers are encouraged to complete the order in a timely manner, buyers are also encouraged to complete and see the order through, giving sellers an additional layer of guarantee that sales will be completed successfully.
Hope this explains the handshake process of transactions with regards to PlayerAuctions' efforts in mitigating incomplete and/or unsuccessful orders. If you have further questions, please email us anytime at support@playerauctions.zendesk.com, Jonathan.
Best regards,
Richard
I've used Playerauctions (PA) for over five years, and the service has been outstanding. I've had a couple problems with sellers, but Playerauctions support were quick and responsive to all emails, resolving any issues promptly, and issuing refunds twice in sketchy situations when dealing with sellers (those sellers were also banned from selling on Playerauctions). I have a lot of love for PA, and how safe I feel spending money on their site. Before PA, I never would have dreamed of using one of those types of sites.
I bought about 20 Minecraft accounts from here and about half of them didn't work. And even filing a "Dispute", PlayerAuctions would still rule in favor of the seller? I absolutely astonished as I believed there would be no way for me not to win since I absolutely nothing... yet somehow I was scammed with the help of PA... This website is a safe haven for scammers. BEWARE
Hello Juan,
I checked on your order, and unfortunately there is no insurance for this. I'm very sorry but we cannot process a refund for you. Further, claims should be backed up by compelling evidence as stated in our disclaimer, in order to make the process fair: https://i.imgur.com/xuvAhYo.png
I'm very sorry it turned out this way but as per checking you weren't able to provide evidence about what happened with your account.
Best regards,
Richard
Had fantastic experience with their support who assisted with a probelm on the account. Being fair though i dont think the seller meant to change the data and after a few messages back and forth the seller decided to cover out of his own pocket and sent me a replacement. Have been playing on it since then and im all good. :D
Thank you so much for this, Leonard; I'm happy the order matter turned out okay in the end.
PlayerAuctions is an excellent service! I've been a loyal customer for 3 MMORPGs over the last 2 years. The ordering process is intuitive and the turn around times on delivery of my virtual products have been outstanding. There has been only one notable snag along the way... an extra ordinate amount of time for a payment verification (once, and resolved quickly over chat). I've recommended PA to my gamer friends and stand to be a long time customer!
Just got charged $100 for gold. They cancelled the order & I still got charged. I've bought many times from this website & never a problem. Now they're saying I'm a "fraud risk" but charged me anyway. THEY are the ones committing fraud. Now I have to file a chargeback.
Tip for consumers:
Don't go here. As you can see in my proof of purchase I was fully charged & never received my gold.

Hello Molly,
The funds for the payment you made were already voided, but I'm afraid refunds aren't instant because payment providers require 2-5 business days — let me reiterate that this is with providers and not PlayerAuctions, this is a standard process for refunds.
As to why your payment was declined, please double-check that the names and addresses between your PlayerAuctions and payment accounts are exactly matching. To avoid fraud and account theft, we need information for both to exactly match.
Best regards,
Richard
I really like using player auctions. However, I feel that at times, the security measures are quite redundant and really slow down the trading process. I understand that they are in place to prevent scams, but I feel like there must be a way to streamline the process. I also would like to see the community expand significantly as finding good deals is sometimes hard
Don't trust the site bought "Anti-Ban" accounts. Now all accounts are permanently banned. Site won't help and seller is AFK
Hello vvRoNq,
I'm very sorry but the orders do not come with after-sale protection. To know more about it, you may read about it here:

Our system has already refunded one of the orders: 11345076.

PlayerAuctions runs a marketplace for buying and selling characters, virtual goods and virtual currency from massively multiplayer online games (MMOGs).
PlayerAuctions was started in 1999 by a group of gamers in the states. It was one of the first player to player marketplaces around, becoming a famous hub for earlier games such as Ultima, Diablo 2, and Everquest. It survived on a small scale for years and grew entirely organically through word of mouth, until PlayerAuctions was acquired by Itemmania in Korea.
Being rebuilt from the ground up with proprietary risk management systems, and investment meant to provide a stronger support network for gamers, PlayerAuctions was re-launched in 2008 with offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Korea. Since that time, PlayerAuctions has supported hundreds of games and activities within the wider gaming industry.
At the end of 2013 underwent a structure change to a Product structure which has shifted development focus to an agile development system which resulted in many product expansions in 2014 including Gaming Accessories, CD Key Sales, Cosplay, Trading Cards, and Software Downloads. PlayerAuctions also opened a new support center in Manila 2014 to directly manage and control the quality of services rendered to its users.
Thanks a lot, Ella. I'm glad to know you were able to find a good deal for it on the site. :)
