Early on my experience with PlayerAuctions was acceptable but not wonderful. They placed artificial limits on how much I was allowed to purchase in a given time period, but did not communicate this up front or provide me with any means of tracking it, and so I made several purchases where my credit card cleared, the funds were transferred, and then PlayerAuctions reversed the transaction! I have not had this issue for a while, however, so either they have relaxed these limits or have become more reasonable about not rejecting transactions where payment is already cleared. The site is now widely known and the community quite large, so it's an excellent resource at this point for all things gaming. I do like the processes in place that protect both buyers and sellers. I would give them five stars now that the artificial buy/sell limits seem to be gone, if only they would improve their customer service a bit. They need to be more responsive, and they need to communicate better, but other than this, the service is excellent, I recommend it to anyone looking for RMT gaming options!

Got everything correctly with minimal fuss. I say minimal because i had to let them finish my payment which took a few minutes but eh other wise all good.

Every email I send, is ignored, or straight up responded with automatic responses.
They already took my money, and customer service is basically non existant. So i feel pretty scammed at this point.

Have nothing bad to say about them and I'm really content with the services provided. As what ppl say the verification can take a while but once your pass that the service is actually trustworthy.

The site gives me a level of confidence that the sellers can be held accountable if something goes wrong. When you are dealing in an industry such as this, you often need a little reassurance.

Customer service is basically non-existent; Due to faulty fraudulent systems in place, changing your personal information - which may be necessary to receive proper payment in some cases such as mine - is not possible at all. This will result in the site redirecting you to some sort of customer service albeit through email or speaking with a live representative (whom often times speak little to no English) Contacting customer service will not prove to be useful in any way whatsoever. They simply inform you that the problem - no matter what it is - must be dealt with "by another department", so they continually redirect you without giving any legitimate help whatsoever. If you are considering selling electronic services on this site, do not do it, otherwise you will never receive the disbursement to effectively scam yourself. You will be asked to verify your identity via methods that inhibit your personal privacy and protection standards and by no means should be required just to be eligible to be a seller of this site. Do not trust this site or any site affiliated with them. I have been attempting to seek due payment after providing electronic services from over 14 months ago with no success. This is a scam site.

My bank account and Skrill confirm that they take the money also in the Payments section of playerauctions.com says their moneybrookers acccount recieved money from me but my order didnt complete and ı am waiting 24 hours for one answer what happening? The company has some bs "security measures" in place now that now means payment is "declined" which means they charge you then provide a refund at some point in the future.
I've tried using Apple Cash, two credit cards, a debit card and a couple other methods and the only one that works is Coinbase pay.
The issue with Coinbase is most items on their site are sold for $5-$10, which means you have to pay a $6 network fee on the purchase of $5, in addition to paying Playerauctions fees on the item.
Can your add multiple items to a cart from the same seller to mitigate this issue and make the $6 fee less impactful? Nope. You need to pay this fee with every item purchased on their site.
They constantly refer you to Coinbase pay if your go to them with issues, but paying $13 for something being sold for $5 just isn't worth it. Doing that 6+ times is a ridiculous use of funds and not a feasible option for buyers.

Their customer service refuses to present a solution along lines of actual verification, and they rely fully on a defunct security system that must profit purely on the fast acquisition and holding of funds for 2-5 days.
The only solution I've been given by them is to "buy it again" which doesn't work. I've been charged and will hopefully now be refunded for something like 30 repeat purchases at their request.

I used to think the site was legitimate, but maybe this is their true colors showing.
Sub par customer service and a site that doesn't work as a merchant POS.

I was looking for a website that can be trusted for game accounts and came across playerauctions. I feel safe using this after my first transaction went smoothly.

Site is a huge scam.

Paid for an account and insurance. Seller reclaimed the account. The scammers at player auctions told me I had to prove the account was reclaimed. Literally sent them photo evidence (IP address from south africa - I am in GB) to show that the seller logged in and almost a year later they are still refusing to give me a refund and insist on sending me automated messages.

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY THEN IGNORE YOU. DO NOT BUY FORM THEM EVER!

Every offer imaginable for online games are found here and its amazing. One stop shop. The delivery and processing is quick. I got everything confirmed in less than 30-40 mins and its really good.

Orders are always smooth and sellers are reliable. They get the job done as long as you provide detailed specifics (time, server, meetup, etc)

I would definitely use them more in the future.

Everything went well. Got a little worred that it's delayed but it still completed correctly. Seller apologized and still fulfilled it so we're all good.

Bought an rs account 1 weeks account with bank account over 200M. Now the transaction went smoothly, but when i logged in to the account i did not see anything worth over 200m in bank, also the provided screenshot which he had was not on the bank account. I talked to the seller and he said that i had scammed him, after a while with prove of him who scammed me, (logged in his account after inspection and put everything in an other account). We both agreed that he would give me back 200 dollar Also the seller did NOT change his email! And does not respond to any of his email's!

I wrote like 4 of the staff members with no succes, to answer it takes like more than 4 days or even they do not answer. Even though i am right i still wait to get the account. The buyer did already receive his payment which is bad! And does not respond!

After negative review this was resolved very quickly.

This is quite possibly the worst customer service experience I have dealt with ever. I politely have exchanged emails with these people for the last four days and have received the same form response over and over. It is mind boggling that a company cannot simply have a conversation without replying with form emails continuously. Why call it customer service if you are just sending form replies?

My 14 yo tried to buy an account so he registered on their site (no age verification to register an account which is silly if you have a policy regarding minimum age to purchase). We jumped through their hoops to put all the pictures and selfies required to purchase through them. He was then informed that since he was only 14 he couldnt use their site. Fine. So I created an account in my name. Attempted to buy an account and my account was suspended 10 minutes after creation. After repeated attempts at figuring out why, their customer service reps (all four that we have dealt with) simply respond to every question with a form email, sometimes taking days to do so. Their form email simply reminds me that they have the right to terminate an account for any reason they feel like and I am out of luck. Overall, I would stay as far away as I could as if you have a problem the abundant negative reviews concerning customer service should be a red flag about what to expect!
