My order is still "processing" because my payment needs to be verified even though I paid 7 hours ago, and i wouldn't normally be upset about something like this and I didn't expect to get my account immediately, but if I hadn't been told that it takes on average, one hour to complete I wouldn't be quite as agitated as I am now.

Payment failed 3 times, but charged me 3 times. It clearly says 'payment failed' so i kept trying differemt method, and it eventually charged me 3 times without ANY notification, receipt nor confirmation. I sent a ticket to confirm my 3 payments are in the process of refund, but NO RESPONSE FOR 5 DAYS NOW. I cant believe this website charges you saying "payment failed" and does not notify you anything that they took the money out WHEN PAYMENT IS FAILED, and not responding my ticket over 5 days. Tommorow is 5th business days as they promised in the website, and if i dont get my $5000 USD back OR any response to my ticket tommorow, they are against their policy and im going to file this with my bank. THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER and this is a CLEARLY A SCAM because they take your money and hold it for a week without any notification, and you will miss your deal too!

Purchased an OSRS account for 250 USD and 200m GP at. 65/M Had access to the account for 3 months, then the account got locked, and stolen from PoloR32. I am Unable to reopen a dispute once the previous one was mutually withdrawn, there is no customer support, this site is full of scammers, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!
Even after contacting playerauctions, they have no given me any credit, or refund, nor' have they contacted the seller to tell him to refund me, this whole site needs to be shut down!
