Made a booking on-line at their website for a 'tailor made package' and was horrified when we arrived as nothing had been done to accommodate us and was left out of pocket then man handled by the door security. Never book anything from this website.

The low level IQ security need to be taught a lesson in manners and customer service. No value for money a complete and utter rip off. What a way to run a business. I hope they get shut down and the security put on the dole where they belong.
