Yes March 2015 I had the bad-luck to use this well established website to purchase a phone, the website took my money and has not established any tracking numbers for my order even after 4 (FOUR) days have passed.
I only received correspondence through email by PLEMIX.COM asking me if I have ordered 2 phones because they have received payment for only one phone (I ordered One phone Payed for it have Receipt and Order number for it) And the website is playing this game with me.
Never will use this Website Again.
I recommend anyone reading this review to take your business elsewhere specially if you are buying someone a gift because you will never get it on time.
P. S they wrote Three (Phone Numbers for Customer Service for U. S Customers)
