This Is the Plotsky medical group at shady grove Rd in Rockville Md. I signed up for a weight management program for two years. First coach was good and left without any Notice then office Manager Never returned calls. Then Finally we got new coach but she is 80%No Show for the confirmed appointments Nor wound you get a courtesy cancellation email or text. So you get there then wait 30 minutes and No one knows if she be coming then you ask her please if time does Not work out please set a time that works for you and still get Missed No Show spots.
Wait that is not the worst part, so on phase one you simply have to get their food and guess what since 2/14 till 3/13 that I called them to get a respond for multiple emails and no response voice mails finally coach Kelly says oh yes we did get our food. Really 4 weeks without your food!.
Instead of helping you, it simply stresses you out so much that you say it is Not worth it. Also food is very expensive so you get a box of oatmeal, soup, and snack costing you $100.00 Minimum Weekly. Forget the cost, it is the lack of commitment of the coach That makes it frustrating and Horrible.so if you contact head quarters simply told sorry try Chang to another center which would take me 45 to drive weekly.
Program is Great but Coaching and management is a Disaster.
