Don't use it. Go to another company. Trust me. You will never receive your plugs and you will be treated like garbage for complaining.
I ordered some plugs and was excited to receive them. When I did, there were some imperfections that would not have allowed me to wear 2 of the pairs. PYH Customer Service responded immediately and sent me replacements and then some. I should be receiving those tomorrow but their turn around was less than 24 hours to rectify this. In a world where some folks feel the need to be mean, PYH customer service was kind and understanding. It's been a long while since my last PYH order (as I have been the same size for many years) but I am already excited to order from PYH again! (side note: like all things, if you order items with no tracking, you won't know how long it will take. I was lucky that mine came within two weeks but if you want quick shipping, you need to pay a charge)
I qualified for the free shipping without tracking and that scared me because in the past with different companies, that meant weeks or months. I got my order in less than a week and a half! They are so kind and wrote a nice message on my order sheet and also picked out the CUTEST pair of plugs since I qualified for a free pair for spending a certain amount. I've done this with a past shop and received some crappy, cheap plastic ones that fell apart, but on my order in the notations portion (such an amazing tool to have while placing an online order) I wrote I only wore stone and glass due to allergies. They sent me the most BEAUTIFUL black stone plugs! I was blown away! They are just my style. The quality of the shipment was nothing less than perfect. The plugs themselves came in individual baggies inside a cushioned box. I can't wait to have a reason to order again! I will be using this company and referring people constantly.

I love the notations section when placing your order. Since I qualified for the free plugs, that’s where I left the note of my allergies. They sent me tips and my free plugs were stone!

Ive ordered 3 times with this company and am over it. They charge way too much for products that are cheaply made. These last pair broke before i could even put them in my ear just trying to get them in broke them, before that it was gauges ordered but delivered 3 sizes bigger, ripping my ear almost completely as it was a silicone which i ordered in my size. If you want pain, headaches, and irritation order here. Ive given up on giving them chances, they suck as a company.
I spent almost $40 on plugs last year and they were beautiful. On the computer anyways... because I never even received them. It said it was fulfilled on their site. I never got an email that told me they were even shipped. I definitely feel robbed because I was. I never got refunded either. This is why I go with Bodyartforms.com

They offset their prices when running sales, they charge arm and leg for garbage shipping...(you have to pay extra for tracking) and they try to push shipping insurance on you. Your lucky to get your purchase within a months time... if at all. Horrible costumer service as well.
Also the free pair of plugs they give you go instantly in the trash, because whatever material their made of have no business coming in contact with your skin.

Check the prices before and after sales. I did and was very insulted by the prices being offset to mis lead people into buying items at the same price point. Also use PayPal to protect your hard earned money. It seems this company has issues with shipping products to their costumers in a timely fashion In my experience.

Awesome plugs, awesome customer service. This was my first order because I was hesitant about the shipping time from the US to me in Australia (it came in surprisingly fast). Ordered about 10 pairs of stone plugs, one pair got damaged during the shipping process. Couldn't have been easier to get them replaced, two emails later and they've sent me a new pair! Legit couldn't be happier with the entire experience with plugyourholes, will be ordering much more from them in the future.
When I ordered from the site, I had an issue where upon implementing a sale code my free shipping got canceled. I spoke with customer service and they replied quickly and issued a full refund of the shipping cost. The customer service is pleasant and helpful, and listened to all my requests and inquiries. The product packaging is beautiful and protective, and the products themselves are immaculate. No paint issues or bent metal, and the details are great. Couldn't be happier!

I love the products and I love the quality but the shipping and customer service leaves something to be desired. I'm sure they take care of a high volume of orders but items almost always take three+ weeks to arrive. There have been times my mom and order and we get emails that our products weren't available and they refund our money and send us money vouchers. Good business, needs a little help.
So I placed a order on Dec. 8th for a Xmas gift. On Dec 9th I tracked my order to find that that did not use FedEx like there web site stated they did and that a shipping label had been made "shipping info received". On Dec. 18 I tried to contact them as they had been no update to the shipping info. Some one finally contacted me back via email as they have no phone number (very suspect). I was told it had shipped on the 9th and that they could not help me out. I replied with a screenshot of the shipping info. Then magically on the 19th the shipping was updated to item received.
Once I got the package it said right on it when it was processed the 19th.
So they waited 10 days to ship my order.
Shipped with some no name company.
Lied about when they shipped it.
And I got it after Xmas as a result.
WTF?

Don’t trust these guys! They lie on there web site. They will lie in there emails. And all it would have taken to not piss me off was to ship it when I ordered.
My husband and I have been a long timer purchases of Plug Your Holes. Usually, the merchandise is fairly priced and ships within a day or two.
This holiday season, I made two large separate purchases. When my first order did not ship within a week of purchasing, I sent in a pleasant inquiry. I received a passive aggressive response from the customer service team. The second purchase, (I know, I should have used a different merchant) contains all Christmas gifts for my family and it has been nearly a week without a notice of shipment. I made the purchase on the 15th of December, assuming it would be enough time for the holidays. Clearly, that was a poor decision.
Since my items have yet to ship, my Christmas presents will not arrive in time. This is increasingly frustrating at best. There is no use in contacting the customer experience team because they wholly lack empathy or patience from their customers.
I recommend Artic Buffalo. Please save yourself the misfortune. Cheaper does not always mean better.
Yes I admit they are slow in shipping, however the quality is unbeatable and designs are very unique. If you have patience this the best place for plugs.

Look somewhere else if you want to even recieve your plugs. I had to leave a negative review to get them to even talk to me about the problem. Then they blame shipping.
