The customer service was patient and friendly. The item I ordered last time has been discontinued so they helped me find the replacement one, which thank you very much, it less expensive! 2 weeks after my order I gave up and asked for a refund. They told me 5 days for a refund and that a manager had to approve it. They never shipped my item so I'm not sure why an approval from upper management was required. This company has proven to me that there are still places out there that believe they can treat their customers however they want. I thought I was saving $5 on this item over the lowest ebay seller but now I wished I'd just paid the extra $5 since I'm going to have to do that anyway and 3 weeks later. My recommendation is to avoid doing business with this company even if they are the lowest priced.

This group has great customer service. After placing an order they advised me one of the items would be a few more days. I asked them to ship what they had so I could start a job. I was very pleased with their timely response to any of my queries. Definitely will do business with them again.

Ordered a faucet part early on a Thursday and was told the items was shipping out later that day so expected the item to come in by early to mid following week via standard shipping. When inquiring on its status the following Wednesday (6 days later), they (by email) simply said sorry and that it was shipping out later that day and that my card would than be charged. Fortunately found the part kit nearly an hours drive from me but still rendered the house without water for a week. Though they had the best online price, it was/is not worth the hassle if this is how they treat their customers. I inquired if they could ship out the item priority which should only run a couple dollars more than their standard rate but all they offered was expedited service at $32 (higher than the kit itself). In my opinion they should have accommodated my inconvenience and shipped it out promptly and save a customer but instead chose a lower path.

I was surprised when the UPS guy dropped off my package today. I just ordered it on Monday (todays Wednesday). I unpacked my order and everything was in one box! They must have a huge warehouse! This company is the real deal mckoy or however you say it. Order with confidence!

I've been ordering my shower and toilet supplies from PlumbersStock for awhile now. Just recently I ordered a bathtub from them and it arrived in great condition. PlumbersStock has been pretty consistent with delivering quality. Thanks again!

I feel like PlumbersStock is a perfect example of quality over quantity. You can get most of the things they're selling at Home Depot, Lowe's, etc. However, they have a larger selection and better prices for majority of their similar supplies. PlumbersStock is the more quality option here.

I order a faucet handle on Aug 3 with a promise of shipping no later than Sept 1. I was told I would receive an email message when the item shipped. After not hearing from then two weeks into Sept., I contacted them and was told the item would ship Oct 1. Needless to say, Oct 1 came and went with still no item or communication. I requested a full refund on Oct 7, Miraculously, I was now told the item had shipped and would arrive in two weeks. No tracking number was provided and their website still indicated my order was still being processed. No indication the item had been shipped nor had I received the promised email message with tracking information. I plan to refuse the package if or when it ever arrives. Do business with the organization at your own risk. I would have given them negative stars if that was a option.

I found it easy to order on the site. My order came very promptly - maybe 3-5 days after ordering. But when my repair man came, he showed me that some of the ridges on the cartridge were either missing or broken. I told him that I would return it, but he said that he would be able to make it work. It works, and my faucet is not leaking, but I sure hope that it lasts me for a while.

Actually received a sprinkler pump in short amount of time at a decent price. But they charged our credit card twice. Didnt remove until we threatened to dispute charges. They said they couldnt find our order. We had all paper work with order numbers etc. All I can say is be sure to check your credit card statement.

I haven't used the media in my evap cooler as yet. This describes my purchase and delivery of product only. The lead time for the order to ship was very long compared to most other vendors. This wasn't a problem because I ordered long before I actually needed product. The price was about 15% higher that similar product 2 years ago. The media was boxed in exact sized standard strength cardboard box and of course as with any shipping company it had a hole the size of your fist in one side and all corners were dented. The media was damaged because there was no other packing to help absorb any rough treatment. I don't expect the damaged edges and corners plus the dent to be a big problem with actual use.

I still need a roller pin that not in the kit, so I am not impressed, and it takes too much effort to submit a review
