My experience with PlumbersStock was miserable from start to incredibly bizarre finish! I ordered a part on their site for $14.03 including shipping on 10/20, but when it hadn't shipped 8 days later I emailed them. They did respond, but gave no apology or explanation, just assured me it would ship in 24 hours. When it still hadn't shipped 3 days later, and the site still said the order was "Processing," I emailed them again. This time there was no answer, but I did finally receive it the next day. Sure enough, it was the wrong part! So I emailed them again, and to assure a quick and easy exchange, I gave them the exact catalog number for the part they sent me, and the model number it fits, which was one digit off from mine. Simple mistake, simple resolution, right? Nope, they did what so many companies do these days, make the return process so onerous they hope you will just give up! They wanted me to send pics of the part, and the packaging! When I complained, they insisted it was their "Policy," but it was not stated anywhere in their published return policy! They also told me they would not pay the return shipping because "this falls under a regular return!" What!? They consider them making a blatant mistake a "regular return," like it was my fault? Obviously I wasn't going to get anything close to a competent or professional outcome from this company, so I was forced to start a chargeback through my credit card, all this over $14! BTW, to this day the site still says my order is "Processing," and all the links on the page send me to a dead page. They can't even make sure their site works correctly! How in the world can a company be this incompetent and corrupt! I finally received the part quickly and professional from their competitor. So I suggest anyone else do the same first, before they are forced to deal with the worst customer service on the planet!
We wanted to upgrade our sprinkler rotors so we went with the Rainbird Falcon Part Circles from these guys. They were the best price I could find and the best part about the sprinkler is that it's adjustable and can be easily installed without the use of any special tools. I am super satisfied with my purchase. Thank you so much

I ordered two moen products with an 8 day lead time. This company charged my credit card immediately and a month later it still hasn't shipped. There is a reason why their reviews are low. They bait you in with a good price but they don't deliver. Buyer beware. Now I have to call my credit card company to dispute the CHARGE and my project is now a month behind
Placed an order for a tool four months ago that has not been delivered and have try numerous times to cancel and get a refund. Called in beginning of October to cancel and also submitted online to cancel beginning of November.
Let me tell you, if you have a question about the products youre ordering and cant find the info online, give the Customer Service department a call. I was trying to replace a old sink with a new one. I couldnt tell from the manufacturers site if it would fit or not. I shot Plumbersstock an email and they actually contacted the manufacturer for me and got the owners manual that gave me the info I needed. Thats over the top service!
I own a local plumbing service store. Initially, I used to buy essential stuff from town shops since I am unable to go town often I preferred to purchase online. Plumbersstock has extensive range products at fair price.
Plumbers Stock sent me the wrong item in the picture and getting them to act was a nightmare. I've email several times with no response. I've called and all they said is we have to have from your email. They sent me a RMA# to return the product, however Fedex does not use RMA, so I have to drive home and make them give me a shipping label. I've followed several times for the status of my refund and had not luck. They do not care that my project is delayed and I cannot use my shower. They just sent generic responses. Run away from this company. The customer service was a joke and they pull a bait and switch. As you can see the other reviews for this company match my experience.

This company will send you broken fixtures than tell you you purchased shipping insurance and direct you a company that has no record of you or your order. You will go through weeks of this trying to get refunded and eventually you will have to dispute the charges with your credit card company. Avoid this seller or don't say you weren't warned. A total scam.

plumbersstock.com is a joke... a bad joke. My first order of three faucets took way too long to arrive. However, I decided to give them another try since they had the best price on another item. Also, the system showed this item in stock in a warehouse in a neighboring state. I thought this will allow me to receive this item in a timely manner... WRONG! My order is still pending, so I emailed customer service about this order. They told me that "It looks like there was a glitch with this order and it never arrived into our system. I am very sorry but you will have to place this order again." This is despite the fact that I received an order confirmation email and the order (with an assigned order number) appears in my account. They are right about one thing: I will have to place another order... but with a DIFFERENT company. Avoid plumbersstock unless you like horrible service.
My package shipped on time! Im really upset that I hesitated on my order based on some bad reviews. Its difficult to trust a company when so many people post bad reviews. I guess the happy people like me dont leave reviews. Well, Im glad I placed the order. I got the best deal I could find on the web and my order shipped within 2 days and I got it 3 days later, just as promised. Dont let the negative people sway you. I am a licensed plumber. Found a part I needed for a T&S Brass faucet. Knew the part number, did a search, several options popped up. They offered "Free shipping ", so I began the order only to find that the "Free Shipping " nearly doubled the cost. Contacted them and they said they cannot do anything if I haven't placed the order. I told them all I wanted was the part I ordered, at the price listed. With the free shipping advertised. They can't understand why I did not order…. I moved on to the next supplier. You should also.
Purchased the product on Friday night with expectation of 1 week delivery (3 days for them to purchase/another 2-3 days to ship to me). Over a week later contacted them to cancel the order because shipping information was not sent. They sent me the USPS tracking that stated it did not arrive to facility for 4 days after the tracking number was sent to me. Finally arrived 18 days later.

Rude person is so aware of how inept he is at customer service he won't tell you his name. Ask for his supervisor and you get put on hold until the line just goes dead. Call from a different line and caller id instead of picking up the line just goes dead. It is impossible for this business to operate this way and be anything but a scam. What they tell you is in stock, isn't. When they tell you they will order, they screw up the order. Stay away from PlumbersStock at all costs..
I am in the middle of a kitchen remodel and was pleasantly surprised to find everything I needed from one site. Not only was everything on the site, but 3 of the 4 items I bought had the best price. The 4th item was about $10 more expensive, but I ordered it all from this site anyways.
We received a product that had some shipping damage and submitted a request for reconciliation. Jake was very helpful and addressed concerns right away and ensured that a replacement was sent out the same day.

I purchased a "White" toilet seat. The color has a greenish color to it. I contacted their support and sent a picture. "The warehouse manager said that it is not all the way white, it has a a bone color to it". They sent a replacement seat that is the same color. I have asked for a refund, but they want to change me $10.99 shipping and Handling fee to send it back. As a customer, having to be charged to return something that is out of their control is unacceptable. If they cannot send the correct color product, why am I changed to return the wrong color item?
It would have been nice to have an update that my order was on the way. I never received any updates and it took awhile to get it. I only got an e-mail when it was delivered. It was packaged nicely and arrived undamaged. The price was reasonable and this particular toilet was hard to locate.
We ordered an item which says 50 count and green so it wasnt 50 count item and wasnt green. It was red and didnt ask to choose us. So it also says 50 count per packet but they send 1 count! We paid over hundred bucks for piece of crap such a bad business do not recommend it at all.

Delivery was slightly delayed, but they let me know. The packaging was inadequate for the fragility of the product (20x30x1" filter air return). There was a small dent in the product when it arrive... not enough to send back.

I bought a high end sink and figured the price was too good to be true. I ordered it anyway and was surprised when it arrived, that it was in a new, sealed box. I assumed it had to be open-box for the price I paid, but it wasnt!
I ordered 8 items. They took weeks to deliver 7 of 8 items. Then they billed me twice for the item that never came. They refunded one of the two charges for the 8th item, but never sent the 8th item. They kept asking for documentation (which I provided), till they said the order was too old and they could no longer honor the request for a refund or the item. Won't buy anything from them again.
