I like to think of myself as a pretty savvy online shopper. I know of a good deal when I find one. Plumbersstock didnt disappoint and hence I wont hesitate in recommending them to my friends.

Good quality products. Good product info on the site. I was able to download the owners manuals ahead of time to see if the sink and faacuet would fit. It gave me the confidence to order.

I don't know what all the hub bub is about, but I got my order today, just like was promised! I ordered it Monday, it shipped Tuesday and it arrived today, Friday. So it was really quick.

I ordered a shower valve with a 1/2" water connection. I had to wait for other materials to come in before I started the remodel project. Upon opening up the walls, I discovered the water connection was 3/4". The valve was never installed and still in the original box. I was 3-4 days beyond the 30-day return period, but emailed Plumberstock to ask if I could still return it. They told me their policy was no returns after 30 days from shipping. This is actually incorrect from what it says on their website, which clearly states 30 days from date of receipt.
I asked if they could make an exception as the product is still new in box, and easily resalable. I also stated that I am only over the 30-day policy by 3-4 days.
Plumbersstock responded that they will not make any exceptions to their policy.

I know I am over the 30-day policy period, but I have returned items other items from Amazon and even directly to Grohe well over 30 days later and never had any issue with doing that. I was even willing to pay a restocking fee.

Be on the safe side everyone - Buy off of Amazon for generous, hassle-free returns. I will never buy from Plumbersstock again and will strongly discourage anyone from buying from them either.

Buyer beware. Sent me wrong item even though invoice was correct. Customer No Service wouldnt answer the phone and email gone unanswered. Piss poor company. Dont waste your $$$$

My BILs a contractor, and said I should order from them. I had a hard time finding the finish I wanted, but realized I was speeling ;) it wrong. Got it yesterday and it looks amazing!

If I could choose no stars, I would.
I purchased Duravent pipe on May 21,2020.
The website said ships in 1-3 days. I paid through PayPal and I received confirmation that the merchant was payed immediately, as I received an email confirmation from PayPal.
I have not received any confirmation from Plumbers Stock with shipping or tracking info.
I have sent numerous emails, and I have had no response.
The website has taken down their phone number due to covid, but they say customer support is available through live chat and email!
Neither option has worked.
I map quested the address found at the bottom of their page and was able to get a phone number.
When I called, the recipient said he was at corporate and put me through to another extension that just rang and rang.
I called the number back and no one picked up!
I am trying to run a business in these difficult times and the lack of communication with this unprofessional company is maddening.
I don't know how they are still conducting business?
My next step is a complaint to the BBB.
It's to bad people only find all of these negative reviews after having a problem.
I did business with them in 2014 and in 2017 with no issues...

Ordered 3 MOEN faucets that they said they had IN STOCK which are discontinued by MOEN. After 10 days I contacted them and they had a call center from India that the guy couldn't understand English, then couldn't find my order, then they said they were trying to order from MOEN. Obviously that can't be done. These folks are a ripoff. Be warned.!

I had many questions and not once did Franz get annoyed. He was helpful in finding the product I needed!

I received my item incredibly fast as came sooner than the expected date. Im very happy with my experience at this website. Highly recommended.

I was worried about the size covering a 20 inch hole. I followed their instructions and it fit great without being too big. Nice job thank you.

Box factory sealed, no dents, great condition. Will work great in our new house. Not too tall that would block the fancy medicine cabinet.

Quality product, easy to use website. The only reason for 4 stars was that it took just over a month to arrive.
