I ordered an HVAC capacitor for my personal home unit. Initially, I saw some charges from plumberstock.com for a $1 which were later refunded. This was highly unusual for me as I have not seen any reputable company charge my credit card this way. I received an email that my order was placed. We are now over 30 days out and still have not received any communication of my items being shipped. They also have not answered multiple emails. I noticed they did indeed charge my card. I logged on to my account via their website and have nothing under purchase history. I like to give people/companies the benefit of the doubt. But this kind of service is just bad business.

I have received two parts in error from from an order placed almost two years ago. Still not resolved. No returned phone calls. Customer service is virtually non existent. Never, never use plumberstock.com. I'd rate it a 0 if that was an option

I didnt want to order a toilet online because I read all over that no one can ship them without breaking. Their price was too good to pass up so I hit submit anyway and it arrived in one piece! Well, two pieces. ;) Thats how many I ordered.

I highly recommend using this site if you want to order a toilet online. My toilet was packed so well, the UPS guy could have dropped it off the back of his truck and nothing would have happened to it. Those other sites can take a lesson from plumberstock.

Ordered a Milwaukee heated jacket as a gift. Expected ship time was 2-3 weeks. After a month I called to see where my order was at. The next day they replied and said the jacket has been discontinued by the supplier. I did get my money back, but I won't get over how bad of customer service that is. They sold me a discontinued jacket and then I had to call them to find out about it! Thanks for nothing PlumbersStock. Now I need a good excurse why my brother didn't get his birthday gift!

TOP NOTCH website! I needed parts for my sprinkler system and they had everything! I went online to save money on a new controller and decided to see how much other stuff they had. I found PVC fittings, pressure reducers and even some funny pipe I needed and its all gonna be delivered to my door. Ya cant beat that!

Exact OEM replacement part, and low price together made to everything work perfectly. Searched locally and all around the web for what was needed. Shipment was very prompted. I will look to Plumbers Stock from now on to find what I need to get the job done.

I would say before you buy anything from them call the number which they provide it in website if you could get hold of anyone in over a week then start shopping! Just want let you know you have to wait a month your items not gonna show up so some how you have to cancel it. Goodll luck.

After ordering an expensive HVAC unit, then 3 weeks of waiting for it to ship, I received and email that stated they wanted another $150 to ship the item.

Items showed in stock and ready to ship 1-3 days. Order was changed after order was placed to show 2 weeks from manufacture. Company refused to acknowledge that it was changed and they claimed I ordered it that way. Never once did they want to apologize for their inaccurate information. Their website still shows the same information and will not likely change.

I do maintenance for a pretty large facility. I used to buy all my refill cartridges from the factory because I thought it was the best deal. Ends up that it wasnt. I ordered half my normal quantity and it arrived by the end of the week. I double checked that the parts were authentic and they were. Good quality and even better prices!

Absolutely terrible. Missed dates 4 times. Customer service, which is email only, is either not responsive or answers a 3 sentence explanation with "How can we help?", not answering anything.

I almost gave up looking for anvils online. The shipping was horrible from everyone BUT Plumbersstock.com. I dont know if they own stock in FedEx or something, but I paid half for shipping than what the other guys were quoting me. You lost money on this order!

The order I placed missed all the ETAs, the item description says 1-2 weeks, but after a month of waiting still not shipped, the customer service never answers phone calls, doesn't call back, doesn't respond emails. After wasting one month on plumbersstock I'm having to cancel the order and choose another merchant.

I try to shop local for the day to day things I need, but when I make large purchases, I want the best price. Plumbersstock.com always seems to be competitive and fairly quick to deliver. Make sure you double check your shipping length. Some things, like from the Manufacturer, take weeks. Thats fine for me because Im usually working on other parts of the project while I wait for things to arrive. Once again, plumberstock is a good option for online purchases.

I ordered a faucet from Plumber's Stock for my bathroom that said it would ship in two week. When I went to check on shipping, the site wouldn't recognize my login or email address. I used the text function to reach out to Ann at customer service, who told me that my part was on back order for 6-7 weeks. I asked her to cancel the order because my bathroom would be finished by then. Yesterday, I was charged for the faucet. Now no one is responding to the text chat and a bot is responding to my emails with irrelevant info. I guess I'll have to do a chargeback?

I work in a remote location and was surprised to find these guys when I search Google for pipe. I hesitated a little bit, but ordered anyways. The coils of pipe showed up on a pallet and in good shape. Ill have to remember this site for next time.

Im what youd call an old duffer. This techno-mumbo-jumbo is still new to me (and my friends). I couldnt figure out how to finish my order and called the 800 number. A pleasant young man helped me by taking my order over the phone. Now thats the way business should be done. Thank you for your help and for being there when I called. Oh, and thanks for speaking English.

I received wrong size AC vent cover and when I called to ask for a return the manager refused to accept return simply by saying that our company policy is that we don't accept returns. I explained that I received wrong size item but it didn't matter. When I ordered I provided them with the dimensions of the actual vent cover, but they sent a product that was 2 inches wider on all sides and this was not mentioned anywhere in the description before purchasing. Anywhere else that you order an AC vent cover you will get the exact dimensions that you order, but this company thinks that adding a couple of inches on each side without mentioning it anywhere is ok. Very disappointed at their customer service! First time I ordered from this company and for sure it will be my last.

I get all my Toto products from Plumbersstock. I have purchased a few toilets, a washlet and most recently Vessel Lav from Plumbers Stock. Their price is always great and I can't believe they can ship these products across the country without them breaking. Great job guys! 5 stars.

Their site said a product that we needed for a client had a 1 to 2 week lead time. After no contact from the company about he order after 2 weeks, I called to check on it and they said it would be at least 4 to 5 more weeks and they really had no idea whatseovever when it would arrive. DON"T order from this site based on the lead times stated if you have a time frame! I'm not happy with that misrepresentation AND the lack of communication informing me of the actual lead time once ordered. Totally unprofessional!

I read in some reviews that people couldnt reach customer service. They must be calling the wrong number. I called and Bree I think answered right away and helped me understand my shipping time. She even took my order over the phone which was totally over the top!

Purchased two items for my bathroom that they claimed were in stock. I never heard from them, so I emailed them a week later. They said both items needed to be ordered from the manufacture, never heard from them after that. Emailed them again about 3 weeks later after not hearing from them again. They responded and told me it would be 3 months, I canceled the first product. In the emails, they never said anything about the second product. I emailed them again a few weeks later and they responded saying the manufacture would ship in 3 weeks. Four weeks passed and I did not hear from them so I emailed them again. They then told me that the item is no longer available. I have worked with enough companies to know that all the information that I waited (wasted) over two months could have be communicated in 2 or three days. I would never buy from this company again.
