Ordered a Toto neorest rs toilet/bidet combo for our new under construction home. Haven't install yet, but checked all boxes and all is good. Impressed with the price and service of PlumberStock
My experience with PlumbersStock was miserable from start to incredibly bizarre finish! I ordered a part on their site for $14.03 including shipping on 10/20, but when it hadn't shipped 8 days later I emailed them. They did respond, but gave no apology or explanation, just assured me it would ship in 24 hours. When it still hadn't shipped 3 days later, and the site still said the order was "Processing," I emailed them again. This time there was no answer, but I did finally receive it the next day. Sure enough, it was the wrong part! So I emailed them again, and to assure a quick and easy exchange, I gave them the exact catalog number for the part they sent me, and the model number it fits, which was one digit off from mine. Simple mistake, simple resolution, right? Nope, they did what so many companies do these days, make the return process so onerous they hope you will just give up! They wanted me to send pics of the part, and the packaging! When I complained, they insisted it was their "Policy," but it was not stated anywhere in their published return policy! They also told me they would not pay the return shipping because "this falls under a regular return!" What!? They consider them making a blatant mistake a "regular return," like it was my fault? Obviously I wasn't going to get anything close to a competent or professional outcome from this company, so I was forced to start a chargeback through my credit card, all this over $14! BTW, to this day the site still says my order is "Processing," and all the links on the page send me to a dead page. They can't even make sure their site works correctly! How in the world can a company be this incompetent and corrupt! I finally received the part quickly and professional from their competitor. So I suggest anyone else do the same first, before they are forced to deal with the worst customer service on the planet!
I ordered items with a lead time of 4-5 weeks and I have been waiting for them to arrive. Weeks later since i have not received a shipmet notice so I called them. I found out my order has been tagged as suspected fredualent order, they have not processed my order. They claim they sent me an email but I did NOT receive anything from them. I requested to talk to the supervisor and she pretty much did not offer me any solutions other than re-processing my order again with a lead time of 4-5 weeks. I asked for her manager, she said she is the only one I could talk to. I keep asking for anyt possible solutions such as expediting my order, expediting the shipment etc but and all I got is "sorry we cannot". They offered me a 50 dollar diso$#*! for a 650 dollar order. If you want to purchase something from a company that is not trustworthy and does NOTHING to please a customer they have upset because of their own mistake, go ahead an order from them.
I placed order for Toto toilets in January, they hcarged my creidt card in April I still did nto delvier the items. After being on hold for an hour the salesperson asked me to pay extra money or thretened to cancel the order. Stay away form them, buy elsewhere.
Pretty glad my last order came on time. It was the last thing I needed to finish this ***** project. Why go to a store when you can buy from companies like this over the web.

I ordered a faucet that was supposedly in stock and ready to ship. After multiple phone calls and emails, which my "order number" was changed - they said it was on back order. When I called to cancel, it had miraculously just shipped and I was given a FedEx tracking number. When I tracked with Fedex, it was the number of a random shipment made in 2019. DON'T TRUST THIS VENDOR!
I ordered (2) Moen mirrors. The mirrors arrived broken. Customer service is horrible and continually sends me in circles without any resolution. Will not purchase anything from this company again.

I would spend a little more and use a different website, especially if you're ordering something that could be easily broken during shipment.

Read the reviews and head the warning - purchased item, ZERO communication, I finally had to get Paypal involved. The item is not in stock and there is no delivery timing... I now have to FIGHT to get my money back.

My package came in very quickly and wasnt damaged. I noticed they put everything in one big box. Maybe to save shipping costs. I guess thats okay since everything was in smaller boxes.
Completely dissatisfied with their service. I ordered an American Standard toilet on July 5,2021 with an estimated lead time of 38 days, which would be sometime around mid August.
Sent them an email on August 16th wondering when they were expecting to ship out the fixture. I was then told that the estimated ship date from the warehouse would be 9/10. I checked again on 9/27 since I had not heard any news regarding shipment. I was then told, "It looks like you ordered form UT warehouse which we are getting it from the manufacturer. The option showing on the website also shows our partner vendor in TN warehouse has it in stock."
Seriously, the website has no option to indicate where the fixture will be shipping from or gives you an option to get delivery from any one warehouse or the other. Now today on 9/29, when I inquired again if it was going to ship anytime soon, this is the response I get: "We are really sorry about this, but this item normally ships from the manufacturer right away, but we were just told that this item has been placed on backorder for mid of January 2022. If you are able to wait for the product we will get it shipped out as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel the order, we will issue the refund immediately. Please let us know what you decide, and again, we are really sorry for our mistake." January 2022?! Now I just got an email telling me that they need approval to cancel the order and to refund my money from the partner vendor.
So not acceptable. They take your money and no product is ever delivered. Never going to order from these guys again!
Placed an order, they kept saying they were processing order for almost 2 months, then they cancelled the order and kept the payment. Trying to get a refund thru complaint with paypal.

I have had great experiences with them. I always use them for my sprinkler/plumbing parts. They have way more stock than Home Depot and it is also cheaper and better quality.

Case is in great condition. Shipping is very slow. It took so long to get it I had forgotten I even ordered the case for My milwaukee portable band saw.
In October 2022, I ordered two high-end toilets/bidets, but they never shipped. I sent follow-up emails every few weeks and was told repeatedly that the items were on backorder and would ship in "a few weeks". After seven months of waiting and multiple follow-ups from me, I was informed in April 2023 that the items had been discontinued and was offered a substitute. When I asked for the delivery time and confirmation that the price of the new item was the same as what I ordered previously, I didn't receive a response despite sending several follow-up emails/tickets over the next several weeks. Eventually, I found out that the replacement items were also backordered and cost $2500 each! More than double what my original items cost. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had, and I can only imagine how challenging it would be to deal with this company if you had a problem and needed a return or replacement. They never once reached out to me with an update and getting a response when you contact them is a brutal process. Try calling support before you order, you will not be able to get a human on the phone. My order was placed on October 14th 2022 and ultimately cancelled on May 4th 2023. Buyer beware.
